It was a beautiful hotel but they have a long way to go. Being new I expected more. When we checked in the girl who led us to our room was wearing a hoodie and jeans, which didnt seem professional for such a nice place, and was quick with info, we had no idea we needed bracelets for the beach chairs or where to get them, found out through other guests. Gave us wrong directions on how to lock the door when we left. The room was clean, hand soap dispensers dont work, might need to be replaced... they said lotion on them. No small hand or face towels in the room, when I did ask the front desk for them they said they didnt have any. Bartender and Manager were extremely kind at the bar! We had a great time while being by the pool area, but definitely some kinks that need to be worked out, like glassware and having things stock properly. Be aware the rooms are small!

Property is a little rough around the edges. Limited food. Pools/seating not large enough for number of guests. Do some good things for families like smores and turtle feeding. Food options and on site menus limited. Free Shuttle to nearby places is benefit.
