Scenic Spot on the River

Our group had a great trip. House was clean with plenty of room and all the essentials for a fun weekend trip. Host was very communicative about some pending bad weather during our stay. Great place for groups or families.

Nice Stay

other than a couple of days without electricity - the house next to us had a family that was shooting a shotgun into the lake and it was very disturbing. Alcohol and guns do not go well together

Love this property!

We are a family of 12 and go on lots of vacations together. This one was special because we went to celebrate a college graduation and consignment to the Marines. We weren't at the house a lot because of those events, but when we were there we loved it!! The house was beautiful, clean and had more than enough room for all of us. The views are outrageously gorgeous, the river, the mountains, so beautiful. My grandchildren and the adults enjoyed the dock, fishing, canoe, kayak and the game room. We are already planning a trip back next summer! Its in a perfect location, close to downtown Chattanooga and so many things to see and do there. We'll bring our boat next time, there is a big wonderful dock steps away from the house. Our host was great, quick with communication and very accommodating. Definitely a five star stay!! You can't go wrong with this property!

Perfect Girls Weekend

Rental process was easy and host was very responsive to communication. Check-in details were provided timely and very easy to follow. House is easy to find located off I-24. We appreciated the little extras such as plenty of towels, fans and phone chargers in every room. The house was well stocked and very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed a fire pit down by the dock, kitchen had everything we needed so that we were able to dine in the entire weekend. Checkout process was very easy. Our group would definitely return to this vacation house.

Spacious and great for a crowd!

We loved this property right on the river! We saw barges, tug boats, and even two beavers on the dock! The home is great for a crowd! Plenty of seating for meals, plenty of seating areas for visiting, plenty of beds, bathrooms. Two kitchens, two living rooms, plus the kids have a hangout in their 4 bed room with super large TV for gaming. The deck was beautiful to sit on and grill was right outside the kitchen on the deck! Minutes from Raccoon Mountain Caverns, Logan’s Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel. We did the Rick City Enchanted Garden of lights and it was loads of fun! All around recommend this property with very nearby attractions!

Spacious with Beautiful River View

We enjoyed our stay on the TN river. The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean inside. Perfect for three couples as we each had our own floor with separate bathrooms. It would also be great for large families. This home is in the perfect location for being close to the city and other area attractions, but nice to return to in the evenings because it is in a quiet area on the river. There is some traffic on the road out front but it did not bother us. We highly recommend staying here. -Marci

Excellent getaway

Family Time

Three families together for an extended weekend and this house was perfect for all 10 of us. Plenty of room for everyone,the house was comfortable and had plenty of dock space for two boats. Would definitely book this property again. Check in/out was easy and communication was great.

Beautiful Property

The home was beautiful, and well equipped. The property management was easy to contact and responded quickly. The appliances need some repairs in the main floor, but nothing we couldn't work around. We had a wonderful stay. I would go again in a heartbeat.
