Chatham pond access with view

Enjoy our large back yard and private road that leads to the Pond behind the house, for fishing, non-motor boating, paddle board

1.3 mile to Jackknife beach, 3.2 mile to oyster pond beach, lighthouse beach 3.8 miles.

Our cleaning fee will cover bed sheets (beds not made) and pillow cases. Please bring your own bath towels or rent locally. We have self serve beach towels available but please wash dry and return. Beds can be made for by the cleaners for additional $120.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
