This VRBO is in a small, older building, so it's not a luxury experience. But, if you're looking for a responsive host and a great deal on a location right in the heart of Charlotte, you can't beat it!

Comfy quiet spot the only rrason it gets a 4/5 for me is bc there was a pile of trash on yhe curb outsode of the entrance!!! But other than that i recommended this spot if you want a lowkey quiet area close to everything

We came to Charlotte for one night for a special event concert and found this place on VRBO. I got in touch with the owner and told her our flight agenda and Sharon worked with us so we had a perfect stay! We had a very quick trip and wished we could have stayed longer. It was like walking into our own home, everything we needed was there waiting for us. If we find ourselves in Charolett again, I know the first place I'm looking for to stay! This property was just what my family needed for a brief stay in Charlotte. It was spacious and clean and the area was nicely located between many convenient businesses. It was only a short hop skip and a jump to the downtown area.

All was good but we had some guy show up, with a key, and opened the front door looking for his “stuff”. He thought he had extended an extra day but it was never approved according to property manager but he still had a key. Could have been very problematic because I carry a weapon and if he would have shown up in the middle of the night it could have been bad

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s house. The house was clean and was in a great location. She was very quick to respond when we thought we were having trouble with the HVAC (it ended up being fine) and she even offered to bring us fans!
