What I liked was that the staff was very friendly, my room was very clean and the rate was amazing. What I did not like was some of the guest on my floor, smoked weed the entire time I was there. The smell was very loud in the halls.

The lobby was lovely. I thought the outside looked a little dated. And NO microwave or fridge in the room.

The hotel is a great value considering what the surrounding hotels charge. The room I was in could use a makeover as the wallpaper was coming off. It’s also smelled like the a little musty. Its easy to nit pick but overall the hotel is very nice.

The staff here is wonderful! They helped recommend good places to eat. The cleanliness is superb. However, for a Hilton, the building structure needs some updating. I'm talking about the walls within the hotel and rooms. The walls look very old. I know that may sound weird but that's what I noticed. Carpet within the hallways as well.

The hotel was a nice and clean hotel. The staff at check in was nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room not so much. I could tell the hotel was old from the cracks I saw in the bathroom. The curtain on the window had a tear in it and the whole curtain didn't shut for complete darkness. The air conditioning unit made a loud noise. I was there on business and I loved the fitness center and the ballroom that we used for our event. Just like I said the staff and the hotel was nice. Just the room I was in needed a little remodeling

The hotel room was nice. Just that every time I wanted to ask about information about the hotel, shuttle, my reservation and etc. the staff was nasty every time I called, they would say because you went through Orbitz which is a third party you need to call them about any information. That to me is rude and stupid when all I am needing is answers to some questions about your hotel. VERY RUDE STAFF.

The bathroom was filthy, there were stains on the carpet, and there was an odor in the room. I cancelled my reservation immediately and the staff was super helpful in doing so!

When we checked and ask for a luggage cart, the response was: They are all being used but we can call for an extra cart if you want to wait. They just did not seem to care and I expected better service from a Hilton Hotel. The bar tender in the lounge seemed to ignore us. The beds though adequate in size were quite uncomfortable. I may have got a total of 3-4 hours of sleep due to discomfort. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay -- the restaurant was a little empty and strange but overall good. The bed was super comfortable and very clean:)

The location was the best part of my stay, since the conference was in the same hotel. However, will stay somewhere else for part 2. There was no refrig, which I really missed. Also, my room was on the first floor which had a dark, isolated feel. It seems there were sacrifices made to get the good price I paid. I am sure I can do better next time.

My biggest complaint--I really missed a refrig. Compared to other rooms I have stayed in for a comparable price, there were two things I noticed that were better: the bathroom fixtures were a step or two above others, and the bed linens were better quality. Ventilation was like any other: dusty, moldy. On the first floor, It felt kind of cave-like, and isolated. Maybe that's the trade-off for a decent price?? Too bad. Overall, nothing here that would bring me back when I return in a few months.

Good central location. Big and clean. I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and accomodative.

I was a bit disappointed in that I upgraded to the executive floor to utilize the lounge, but it was closed for the weekend. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Look I have stayed at a range of Hilton properties and this one feels like it should be a Hilton Garden Inn. I'll focus on the negatives - but the staff were excellent!!. No minibar- vending machines down the hall No in house movies Rooms exposed to whole court yard unless you want windows closed all day They left the 7:40-8:00 am tick box off the breakfast menu! So you can't have breakfast then. Doesn't feel like a good area to walk home from neighboring restaurants after dark.

Being a road warrior can take a lot out of a person. Having a quite, clean room and friendly staff makes my trips more enjoyable. I always look for a Hilton to spend my nights, it is my home away from home.
