Parking right next to the door with a private exterior secure entrance in upscale Mooresville Lake Norman neighborhood on 5 acres. Includes WIFI, a full kitchen/dining area, breakfast nook, living area with TV, office nook, bedroom, full bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and central air/heat.

Furnishings include turn-key kitchen, coffee pot, microwave, full size fridge, single leather recliner and leather love-seat dual recliner, office nook with desk in main area, desk and chair in bedroom, all bedroom and bath linens, 2 closets, TV in living area and bedroom, DVD player, Cable, Stereo, Alarm Clock.

Master bedroom is very large with 2 closets, guest bedroom is much smaller and includes a full size bed, nice linens, tall dresser with 5 drawers but has no closet,

The private secure outside entrance is well lit on the side of the home. Guests have convenient entry parking just a few steps from the stairway entry. There is a 3 mile circle through the neighborhood and around the lake, great for walking/jogging.

We also have onsite RV/motor home parking and a 50 amp plug available for an additional fee based on availability available during your stay.
