Location was great. There is no window in the bedroom. The unit itself had an off odor, kind of musty. The fireplace worked but would not stay lit. We would stay at the Edgewater again, but in a different unit. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely. We really enjoyed the view out our patio overlooking the canal. It's fun to watch the boats go by. That being said, the unit is somewhat dated, very dark furnishings and decor. As some others mentioned, it has a musty smell. Nothing we couldn't adjust to, but when you first walk in, it's overwhelming. It definitely could use a refresh.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a wonderful place to stay. Our room had a perfect view of the canel and draw bridge. The place is well maintained. The one negative is, as a person with hip issues I never experienced a toilet that was so low, it made it difficult to use.

Great Location but Condo a Bit Warn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really great location right in town with nice views of round lake. The exterior of building is in good shape and living room of condo was nicely appointed. The condition, however, was pretty warm. No strainer in the sink drain, loose cabinet doors, appliances in shaky condition, few hangers in the closet, lamp switches not working well, lights flickering.
