Este encantador bungalow se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y también de la entrada. La casa presenta un concepto abierto con sala de estar que incluye un televisor de pantalla plana con cable, un reproductor de DVD y acceso a internet wi-fi. La combinación de cocina y comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas e incluye electrodomésticos nuevos. La casa tiene un nuevo sistema de climatización, una nueva lavadora y secadora de carga frontal y nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles que pueden alojar hasta 4, ambas con armarios grandes. El baño tiene una bañera / ducha.

La propiedad cuenta con un amplio patio con patio, parrilla y asientos al aire libre tratados con mosquitos. Lave la arena de los dedos de los pies o las patas con la ducha al aire libre. El patio trasero no está cercado, pero ofrecemos un corredor de perros. El estacionamiento incluye una cochera para 1 automóvil y se permiten hasta tres autos en el sitio. El bungalow de 1 piso está a nivel y ofrece fácil acceso.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla plana, vajilla, ollas y sartenes y una olla de barro.

My stay was very good. The cottage was decent. A bit pricey for what you got. It would have been nice for the lawn to be mowed. Overall, it served its purpose.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The price was great and the location was excellent. The house has a ton of character, and it was better than all the mega-sized houses in the neighborhood. We would 100% stay here again. Also, the restaurant recommendations from the host were spot on.

Great stay!

We needed a place last minute after selling our home and Jakes place was just perfect! The house is extremely cozy and we enjoyed having her outdoor patio. Easy walk to the beach, too!

Wife and I love the location and ease of access to the beach. This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed there and are planning on doing again next summer.

Great location

It was a great location for beach week and we were very happy to have our dog with us. The location is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing as well. Will definitely be back

Great location

Our stay was perfect, the house had everything we needed, and it was near a quiet beach access that we could walk to. Isle of Palms had everything accessible.

Dog Friendly and Convenient

This is a great place to stay in a convenient location with all the amenities you need. It’s nothing fancy, but if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head and maybe eat a meal in between enjoying the surrounding area, this is it.

The house was nice and clean and is larger than appears in the pictures. The yard has recently been fenced in which was nice since we brought our dog. The house felt very safe and had everything we needed. It was a few minutes drive to Harris Teeter which was convenient. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I thought so we ended up driving down to the Coconut Joes area to park. We had alot of beach chairs/ accessories and my husband wasn’t with us to help. In the afternoons, I would walk my dog from the house to the beach and it was an easy walk when not carrying a bunch of things. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

Close to beach, quaint

This place is convenient location, it was tidy and had everything we needed including some beach chairs, boogie board, etc. this is not your top of the line decorated place, as reflected in the price, but suited our family perfectly!

Perfect for IOP Exploring!

We are long-time fans/visitors of Isle of Palms and loved our stay here! We were able to bring our dog, which was so convenient and everything was either a walk or short drive away. Looking forward to our next IOP trip already!

The property contains plenty of extras in the kitchen and location is convenient to the beach. Older property but would recommend.

Very helpful close to the beach

One can walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes; no need to cross major thoroughfares. The beach is not as crowded as closer tot he main pier; it is a short walk away from the inlet separating Palm and Sullivan islands, where a pod of dolphins would sometimes feed.The property manager was very accessible, reacted quickly and efficiently to our requests.

Excellent!

We had everything we needed in the house. The location is convenient and it is a very short trip to the beach, shops, restaurants and Mt. Pleasant for all your needs. We would stay again!

Very nice, quiet place.

We enjoyed our stay here. While not luxurious, it is very nice and comfortable. There was a problem with the a/c the first night, but appreciated that Mr Knight responded very quickly and got it fixed.

It was a great experience from the booking, to check in and check out. Great communication with the owner. Lots of great restaurant recommendations. Close walk to the beach. Loved everything about it.
