outside door locks were broken and did not work
Easy interstate access. Comfortable bed.
Liked that the room had two king beds for our family of four.
front staff was not there to check in, so I had to wait for one hour...
Carlos was very accommodating. Even went out of his way for us. Check in was difficut. Desk clerk couldn't find my Wyndham rewards number. The guy at Wyndham rewards wasn't a lot of help either.
Property is in good location but facility is out of date and need to be modified or updated. Carpet in the hallway was not clean.
Motel under repairs. The only employee I ever saw was a male, roughly 12-15 years old. He was less than helpful. Room had a burned out lightbulb and only two hangers. I took the burned out bulb to the front desk, where I also said that there were only two hangers in the room. Upon leaving the next morning I asked about the light and the lack of hangers. He said he had told his father, but he had no idea why nothing had been done.
I recommend this hotel to other people to compare with other hotels, when there are no better choice. The price is very good, the food is simple but nice. The food of the Italian restaurant near on the left hand side is very good, and the hotel staffs are nice.
I really loved my room and the bed was so comfy! I didn't want to leave and oh my gosh just everything was so clean. I really enjoyed my time there.
While the bathroom door was so snarled it looked like a coyote had been locked inside, overall it was fairly reasonable. Absolutely nothing fancy but you could tell the room had been cleaned that morning. The hotel was the closest thing to downtown IC we could find, 3 months before football season even began, and so much more affordable than anything in Cedar Rapids. A cab into downtown was just a little under the room rate but so much cheaper than paying for parking and the inevitable OWI post Hawkeye-celebrations.
Direct TV not working and the musty smell was terrrible
Terrible. Zero customer service whatsoever. Worst hotel experience.
Horrible! Zero customer service!!!!!! No one helped us at all and were rude when we finally found someone.
Not much for kids to do but a very nice hotel.rooma were clean bed was comfortable
The place was very dirty and smelled horrible. They did not supply enough necessities. I would never recommend this place to a friend. .
It was an unclean and unwelcome experience. They try to overcharge.
A 50's hotel with little update. The "continental breakfast" consisted of toast, fruit loops and coffee ... no joke. NO local TV stations, only Dish type movies. Don't plan to watch any football games in your room! "Amenities" are exaggerated! No blowdryer in room - you have to ask for it. Ice machine is empty - you have to get ice from the front desk. Rate was cheap ... you get what you pay for. Though bed was comfortable!
