Good place but initial impression was not positive. First room had a malfunction tv abs a filthy toilet seat, not only dirty, but worn, discolored and sticky… second room Was good Parking validation was a circus but staff always helpful

This property was immaculate in all respects.
The river view was nothing to get excited about but i was on the fourth floor and didnt see a river. The hot tub was closed. Kids were running a muck on the property and through the hallways. The toilet in our room didnt flush very well. No charging port for phones. The beds were very comfortable though. Probably would not stay again.

We want to start out and apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory Elizabeth. We work to be as transparent as possible at booking and check in with any fees that may be applied. We do have an 8/night parking as well as only pay to order breakfast. We do hope that you are able to try us out again after our renovation that starts early 2023 to explore our updated facilities!
