Very nice experience. If needed, we will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the river front view and access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Room was not very clean, specially the carpet. Found pieces of bacon and even after it was mentioned, bacon still appeared somewhere else in the room.

Property was great. I will stay there again when I am back in town.

Expensive, but it was a football weekend. This hotel is owned by the city of Coralville and it gets a lot of convention type events.Use to be top notch, but beginning to show it's age.Still nice, though.

Had a very comfortable suite, plenty of room and nice decorating.

Staff were fantastic, caring, kind, and attentive. They were helpful whenever I needed assistance finding an address or going to a place. Shuttle bus was very handy. Cleanliness of the hotel was pleasing. I liked the small but vibrant library in the lobby. I wish there was free WiFi available in the room as it was available in the lobby or the coffee shop. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. There are, however good restaurants nearby (walking distance).

Wonderful property. Well cared for, excellent impressions abound. staff was not only friendly and accommodating, they were down-right enthusiastic and eager to help. You could use a pantry for snacks and things for sale, but otherwise it's perfect. Although I didn't use you for business, the meeting and banquet rooms floor looked very impressive. Over and above the call... Your desk agent went out of his way to find safety pins for my wife.

Serviceable enough room. Decent location. I’ll try other hotels on my next visit.

Although I had a reservation, this hotel did not honor it at check in. They had purposely oversold the hotel and booted me to the Radisson down the street. I will NEVER stay at this Marriott and have canceled my trip to a Marriott in St Thomas later this summer.

I enjoyed my stay. They had a library in the lobby with a whole section of Iowa writers. Lovely decor.

Beautiful hotel, friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable bed. Pricey

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The facility was very clean and the room was comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

My sisters and I meet each year in Iowa City as this is a central location for both of us. This year we chose the Marriott Hotel. We were very satisfied with the service. We requested a refrigerator and a microwave and several folding chairs so we would have a place to sit rather that sitting on the bed. I realize a hotel room with a suite room would have been a better choice, but we were very pleased with the prompt service to make our stay more comfortable. The beds and cleanliness of the whole hotel were wonderful. Staff was very accommodating.

had mommy-daughter time with my daughter who attends Iowa. Convenient location, parking garage a plus, and room was very comfortable. My only comment with a negative connotation was that it took a while for hot water in sink in bathroom. Otherwise - great stay

We had an additional charge for parking. It was only $8 but with what we paid for the room for one night, and we are award members , that fee could have been waved. Clean rooms, TV remote's batteries needed to be replaced, and morning comp coffee in the lobby should be offered.

The location was perfect, and when I arrived, everything I needed was there for me. The staff was friendly and serviceable.
