2025 beach trip

We come to Carolina beach yearly. This home was very clean and nice. We liked it a lot and would stay here again ..the main bed was a little hard but that’s just a preference we prefer softer bed ..the home is steps from the beach ..there are neighbors upstairs and down and beside you ..you can hear footsteps but that’s to be expected in a condo style building …close to everything well stocked with soaps etc. again very nice clean and enjoyable !!! The parking is better than most places and we were able to park two four runners in the assigned spots. We are very likely to stay here again !

Nice Condo Bad Neighbors

We loved the condo, good location, had everything we needed.Unfortunately for us the unit has a unit above and you can hear every step occupants take as well as their music.We could of lived with this but the unit turned over 3 times during our week and we had cleaning people getting high with the incoming rental- pot smoking day and night as well as the pleasure of listening to music, smelling weed, and loud talking that frequently made it impossible to sit on the deck, one of the key reasons we go to the beach.

Very Nice!

Very Nice! Clean and well equipped. Convenient ocean front location near good restaurants, shopping, and parks. The mini mart across the street has excellent breakfast and lunch carry out. My wife and I had an enjoyable 5 days relaxing at this condo.

Great Location

The location and ocean view was perfect. Furniture could use upgrading, but we spent most of our time on the beach or checking out the local area which was the perfect laid back kind of beach town we love.

Great location for beach access

The condo was fine, no frills, kitchen was equipped ok. The washing machine was broken, so we didn’t have access to that. The main frustration was the tv. There were zero instructions, and I’m pretty savvy, but it took me close to an hour each time to find the tv shows we were looking for, and that was on CBS. I couldn’t find any basic channels, and had to download different apps, etc. My elderly mother, who was with us, would have never figured it out. The unit was neat and tidy. Could have used a few more kitchen towels. Location was great! Porch was great!

Pleasant beach stay

We enjoyed our getaway with my mom. Morning breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Kitchen was stocked very nicely. Perfect cup of coffee across the street. Clean.

If it was just cleaner….

The overall property and location was great and satisfied all of our needs and wants. Our only complaints are that there were many dishes that had stuck on food, I had to soak and then re-wash everything before we could use anything. There was a piece of trash under the master bed, 2 pieces of clothing under our son’s bed. Trash on bottom shelf of living room table and prescription drugs in the bedside table of master bedroom. Pretty sure the deck hasn’t been swept all summer, as well as the sliding glass doors were super dirty with handprints etc

Great condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo. Location is perfect - we could walk everywhere. Condo itself had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Nice place! A few upgrades would be nice.

A few upgrades would be nice, Specifically bathrooms, interior rugs and patio furniture. The furniture in the living room was pretty but was not the most comfortable. There was a crack in the wall, the patio door was jammed and the parking situation was a little bit to figure out. BUT When I texted the property manager, they responded within 15 minutes and had a maintenance person who was kind and friendly come out right away. The access to the beach was perfect and There were several yummy restaurants and stores close by. The overall experience was enjoyed by all.
