Charming and cozy studio apartment with nice amenities. New linens and plush towels too. Very cute and comfortable. There are two beach accesses very close to the property. It is right on the street so expect some car noise, we were there during a nor’easter so traffic was light. We enjoyed our stay in this former barracks building.

Great spot by the beach

This was a perfect spot for me and my husband. The home is clean and cozy and the beach access is right there. It’s south of the boardwalk, so about a 25 min walk, which is totally doable. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Sweet little spot

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet studio. The place was so cute and spotless. The bedding and towels were so nice and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items and the bathroom was also stocked with bath items. The flowers, ice cream bars, dry snacks and personal note were such a great touch. Would highly recommend.

Well-located and quaint!

Exactly what my wife and I needed for a quick beach weekend. Perfectly located, cozy and comfortable, and excellent communication. Other than the shower being a liiiittle tight for a big guy, it was everything we needed it to be. Would definitely stay here again - right across the street from a beach access and a number of great walkable restaurants.

This place was perfect for a short getaway! It’s very clean and is stocked with everything needed. The owner responds quickly to questions. It is just a two minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again!

this place was perfect for what ended up being a solo trip! the manager was easy to contact and helpful, the area was beautiful and the place itself was perfect for one-two people. i’ll definitely stay here again if i come back!

Weekend getaway

My daughter and I came for the weekend for her birthday. The rental is nice and clean and the host was amazing! When we got there, there was flowers and a handwritten card telling my daughter happy B-day along with birthday popcorn for her. 10/10 experience all together!:)

Wonderful place to stay

We arrived a little after 3 and got in to the property very easily. Lierin was very responsive and always answered any questions that we had about the property leading up to us coming to stay. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. Will definitely try to book with Lierin again if we get the chance.

Great Communication

Unfortunately due to a family emergency I was not able to come for my original booking, but I know the area well, and know the owners have done a great job with their updates. Our hostess, Lierin was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and very empathetic to my situation and willing to work with me. I can’t wait to come stay once my mom is better!!
