Chill Carlsbad Pad with Ocean Breezes

My townhome is a quiet paradise with a modern vibe. Close enough to the beach for ocean breezes, temperatures are moderate year round. Sun streams into the private garden courtyard for morning coffee. The private back patio, with sunset views, is perfect for evening BBQs. I have two masters with queens (could convert one to twins), plus a first floor 1/2 bath. Within the complex there's a pool with plenty of lounging space, tennis courts, and jacuzzi area with patio tables for sunset views over the Pacific.

South Carlsbad State Beach is exactly one mile from the front door. Legoland is 2 miles away. Beach communities of Carlsbad, Leucadia, and Encinitas, with their restaurants and entertainment, are only a few miles away. Downtown San Diego is a 40 minute drive south. Or catch the Coaster, less than 2 miles away, and ride the train to San Diego or north to Orange County and LA.

Comes with wifi, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs/towels/toys. Pets considered.

Amazing property for my needs! Plenty of space to work remotely in a fantastic north county location. Both upstairs bedrooms and baths were more than adequate for accommodating family and the neighborhood was quiet.The host was gracious enough to allow me to use the garage for my surfboards and bike. 10/10!
