Great location; Tired rental
This is a great location in the island with plenty within walking distance. The villa itself is tired. Air conditioning has a zone issue so the front rooms are 60 degrees and the back bedroom is 80. Very hard to get it comfortable throughout. TV wasn’t connected and many things were broke or barely hanging on. Front bedroom door handle was off, fridge door is falling apart and difficult to close, toaster oven base doesn’t close, and it’s not a Keurig coffee maker - bring your grinds. Also frustrating to pay a “cleaning fee” to find the couches and floors covered in sand- someone forgot to vacuum. Has the potential for a great rental- just needs some investment and TLC
