The house and property were immaculate, and an exceptional choice for our family, with a quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool, lanai and spa, outstanding communication with the owner and management team and overall - perfect!!!!!!!!! This home is beautiful! Amazing pool area. The deep infinity pool and the hot tub were nicely heated. The house was clean and had everything we needed down to the towels, kitchen gadgets and pool toys. They even have all the chairs, toys, umbrellas and things you need to go to the beach out in the garage. The property is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Absolutely perfect

This property is placed on a gorgeous, scenic part of the canal. The infinity pool overlooks the canal and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The patio/screened area around the pool is ideal for groups up to maybe ten people. For our small family of four, it was more than enough. We found ourselves trying to find a new spot within the patio/by the dock to sit every day. The house is spacious and the kitchen has every conceivable utensil and appliance you could need. The garage has TONS of beach gear for your trips to the ocean. And the location is so convenient to Sanibel, Fort Myers and any of the beaches going North toward Sarasota. Can’t say enough how great this property is. 10/10.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

Our stay was exceptional at Rubicon Relaxification. We have been to Cape Coral many times and this was the best house by far. The house was spotless upon arriving. The beds are so comfortable. There were towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, games for the kids, pool toys and books. Each closet had its own luggage rack for our suitcases. The homeowners take extra care to make sure their guests our comfortable. Mike the homeowner is wonderful and answered all of our questions promptly making this a truly worry free vacation. We saw dolphins in the canal more than once and on one occasion they performed their own little show doing flips outside of the water for us!! Truly a sight to see. We were able to fish right off the dock and the view of the canal from the beautiful infinity pool was priceless. We will absolutely be coming back and wish we could have stayed another 10 days!

Amazing time!

This house was perfect. I’m undergoing cancer treatment and we wanted a private pool so I could swim with my daughter. This was the perfect spot. The pool is amazing. The house has everything you need and more. The owners have really thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The beds are firm, pillows are great. I especially appreciated the child proof doors on the lanai and patio doors. If I had to suggest anything to the owners it would be to add some to the front door and back bathroom door. We had a wonderful time and it was so hard to leave. I’d love to return.

Excellent place!

This home was everything we hoped for and more for our group of 7. The house was very clean and the layout allowed for plenty of space and privacy while also providing ample space to gather with a group. We loved lounging in the backyard and saw dolphins in the canal on our first morning. The property manager and owner were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property

My husband, 2 kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The entire property is beautiful! The house was stocked with everything you could need. We had a couple of hiccups (no fault to the owner) that were addressed and taken care of immediately. The owner was extremely helpful. Quiet neighborhood. We were so sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time all 3 of us Ladies.We have a lot of memories from this trip and a lot of Laughs.Our Property Manger was awesome, and don't have one complaint. Fantastic Property and Very Relaxing

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in June for a week. We had a great time. I work a lot, even on vacation, and this was the first time I was able to even partially relax on vacation. The amenities and property are very relaxing and provide a comfortable environment. The location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and excursions are all within a reasonable distance, but property is quiet. The property owners and managers are great. Responsive and helpful. We are already looking to go back. Highly recommend.

As Advertised

With 3 kids under age six, the pool and dock were exactly what we all needed. The house and patio were plenty big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, as we ate most all of our meals there. When we were low on a few items (trash bags, TP, etc) the property manager had it to us immediately. Be aware that there is a a fee upon checkout for electricity, which although a little different to any other rental I’ve stayed at, it is as advertised in the description. Overall, a great stay for our family. Exactly what we needed.

Great Family Vacation!!

Just what we needed!

This house had all the amenities to make our stay a much needed oasis. There were six of us and each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and dish/pan that could be needed. The lanai was magical - a large screened in area with exceptional views of the water - which could be accessed in several ways. Also, there were more than enough comfortable chairs and loungers for all of us. Any question or need that arose was quickly addressed by Sigrid, the very capable property manager. Overall an exceptional experience!
