Stay was fine other than one important issue. Communication was fine at first and then automated and not done by a human after our stay begun. We did not actually receive direct correspondence during our stay about this, but we had prospective buyers attempt to enter the property while we were there. We received no advance warning or notice of this happening. Probably a miscommunication between the owner and realtor, however we will never know because we never received direct correspondence when we brought this up to the property owner via the VRBO messaging app. Nice enough place, and it’s totally understandable for the property to be shown, but ANY kind of prior notice would have been appreciated.

The house is great. Had issues with the heated pool but Tyson responded and sent someone to fix. Only suggestion would be to have enough beach towels for everyone. There were only 4 and we were six. Great house that sleeps 10. Close to Public’s - Ft Meyers Beach - 20 min.

Plus- The place was clean and my son loved that we had a pool. The neighborhood was really nice.Negatives- the house is very bare bones. Just the minimums. There was an off smell in our room if the door was closed for more than a few hours. The pool heating is extra, which they let you know takes a minimum of 24 hours for it to be heated but even though I completed the paperwork well ahead of time they didn’t reach out until 12:32 on the day we were checking in. How was the pool going to be heated when we got there without sending us how to pay until 3.5 hours before checkin? Had to pay a random Zelle, also not a fan of that and had to do it during our time at Legoland since the didn’t bother to send it until then. Very frustrating. Pool was never warm enough to use without the sun being out which shouldn't be the case with a "heated" pool in 70 degree weather.There were no batteries in one of the remotes- they said they would drop them by. Never received batteries even though asked about them multiple additional times. No responses after the initial one.But the most frustrating part was ther insistence that I text a picture of my id to a random phone number. Even sending it through Vrbo messages wasn’t enough.

Overall a lovely place

The check in process was seamless and well communicated prior to our stay. We needed a place to stay with short notice since our mother was in the hospital for an emergency. We got to the house late and were able to get in with no issues. Everything was exactly as described in the ad. The beds were very comfortable! We only had a couple issues: we found dirty towels in a drawer in the bathroom and there was hair stuck to the closet door in the bathroom and on a vent in the hallway between the bedrooms. And there must be a shortage of towels in Cape Coral or something. Each bedroom was only given 2 large bath towels, a hand towel and 2 washcloths. That is all we were given for the duration of our 5 day stay she we had 5 people but, the home can sleep 8 so there wouldn't have been enough towels for everyone. Also, there were only 3 beach towels for the pool. I asked 3x for additional towels for the pool. The first response told me to check in the rooms for more towels. I explained those were being used for showers and we needed towels for the pool. They didn't respond and then completely ignored the other 2 requests for more towels. We found that to be frustrating but, we would definitely stay here again. The home is very nice.

Tournament weekend

The house was beautiful and fulfilled our needs. However there were a few concerns. The beds were very nice but extremely hard. The AC worked but not well. It only cooled half the house to 75 degrees. And the most aggravating part was one day we left around 8 am. When we returned around 4 pm someone had opened the garage door and left it open. Either someone local or via remote. We didn’t have access to the garage door so it had to be done else where. I was furious when I saw that because I felt like someone had been in the house. However the owner denied it and said it was opened by them remotely. Why? How? And who’s to say anyone could have walked into the house with our stuff inside. Made us very uncomfortable and cautious

Dogs ok ? Not really.

Two safety issues that need to be addressed. I was a property manager for 10 years and have an eye for these things. Please put some stickers on the sliding glass doors between the outdoor room and the living room. One of us ran into the glass and it could have been serious. The hall/guest bathroom bathtub is extremely slick and needs to have some nonslip material applied to the bottom of it. It’s a slip and fall accident waiting to happen.

We had an awesome stay just what we needed after spending the day on sebastian island shelling..went to torched for dinner great atmospher and great food and people..we loved cape coral cute busy town!! Kids loved the pool House was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay

Relaxing

We loved our stay at this property in Cape Coral. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. WE RECOMMEND TYPHU HOMES!!

Absolutely beautiful home! We were lucky to be one of the first few people to book this new property. The house is super clean, beds were comfortable, and we truly felt at home. The new pool was really nice too, we really liked the mosaics on the bottom. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. Vanessa was there to answer any questions we had and was very helpful during our stay. We highly recommend everyone to book with Typhu Homes if they are ever looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral

Very clean and stunning home. The beds were comfortable and there were enough beds to accommodate our group. We were also able to enjoy the new pool that they have just built in the backyard. Beautiful

Amazing time at this property. The heated pool was great, especially in the mornings. We enjoyed the spacious house and the quiet neighborhood. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The property was also close to many restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful, and the house was clean and well-equipped.
