Stunning Luxury Villa in front of the Sa Rapita-Es Trenc Beaches

This brand new villa is a prime example of a modern, stylish beachside property in Mallorca. Set in the grounds of the most spectacular beach of the island, with 10 kms of fine white sand, this villa is indeed extraordinary. Situated right in front of the Sa Rapita port, the access to the beach is within 5 minutes. The villa is built in one floor, with enormous glass doors that open fully into the wonderful pool area and terrace. The beautiful pool has also 4 sunbeds and a nice dining table to enjoy the dinners al fresco. There are two double and one single bedrooms, each one with big glass doors that face the garden and pool. There are two modern and stylish bathrooms, one ensuite with the master bedroom. The open stylish fully equipped kitchen and living room are decorated in really nice modern style. There is a garage space for one car. There is also air-conditioning in all of the rooms and living room.
The villa offers guests a haven on the most unspoiled part of Mallorca, with quaint villages nearby, full of nice restaurants and activities for everyone (cycling, golf, water sports).
The beautiful Palma city is just half an hour away by car.

Perfect family villa

We loved our week at this villa - it was clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. We could walk to the beautiful beach within 5 minutes and my children adored the pool. It felt very private and enclosed. Would definitely return!

Schönes Haus mPool

Sehr schönes Haus und schöne Gegend, Strand nur 10 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Für alle die Erholung suchen empfehlenswert, da kein Massentourismus, aber schöne Lokalitäten alle mit Meerblick und ein super Cafe zum frühstücken oder Brötchen holen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren, da es uns sehr gefallen hat.

Sehr schöner Bungalow, zur Zeit aber Baustelle!

Sehr gepflegter Bungalow in guter Lage und Strandnähe. Leider bestand nebenan eine Baustelle mit entsprechendem Baulärm, der den Urlaub sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Der Vermieter Juanjo hat uns daraufhin eine 50%ige Rückerstattung angeboten! Auch die Vorortbetreuung durch Luz war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gab keinen Satellitenempfang und somit kein TV und Radioprogramm. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Hanna & Burkhard

Just wonderful!

We were in the house for a week and really enjoyed it. Fully furnished, very good floor plan and wonderful pool. Perfect for two adults and two kids. Close to the beach and various restaurants, car could be parked protected. Generally quiet environment, minor problems were solved very quickly. Thank you Juanjo and Luz for the wonderful care. Would like to come back, great place to relax!

Heel mooie, nieuwe woning met alle comfort.

In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Alles is netjes en in orde. Er zijn voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, ook aparte voor het zwembad. Het zwembad was helaas niet verwarmd, en in de paasvakantie was het nog te koud voor een frisse duik. Het strand is vlakbij en was heel rustig. Echt een topwoning voor een gezin van vijf.

Lovely modern, clean villa!

We stayed for 5 days and loved the Villa. It is really modern and clean. The pool was a slightly dirty on arrival, this was due to the building work going on near by and wind. However a pool cleaner come fist thing in the morning and once again during our stay :) We would stay here again!

Great villa in a lovely location

This villa is an amazing place for a holiday for a small family. It has great facilities, is secure and the pictures don't lie - it's finished to a very high standard. We noticed the pool needed some cleaning and on informing the owner it was addressed with cleaning over the following two days and this didn't prevent us using it. Great service!

Brand new house/villa with walking distance to the lovely beach Es Trenc. Also walking distance to the lovely little village Sa Rapita on the ocean front. Here you will find a bakery, ice cream shop, a small supermarket and a couple of nice restaurants. Also a short drive to the lovely village Ses Salines. The house is really modern with AC in all rooms. Clean and modern. 5-star. Large parking space with remote gate. Safe and calm residential area. Great service and communication with the owner. Recommend!

Great Villa! Great Location!

My wife & myself had an amazing week at the villa, which I would describe as a great place for a people that don't want the usual tourist resort. The beach is beautiful, and just over the road! Plus the local restaurants serve great dishes and amazing seafood! The villa is very comfortable and clean, and within minutes felt like home.... Looking forward to our next visit....
