In addition, the sea is generally calm and shallow, which makes it perfect for children (there are also play areas along the shore). Around the beach, the landscape is enriched by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation, creating a very suggestive natural environment.

In this residence we offer types of studio apartments (5 plus one with a mezzanine) and two-room apartments (4), some on the first floor, others on the second floor, some with a terrace, others without.

All apartments offer bright and air-conditioned environments in every room.

Their location is incredible: you will be 100 meters from the beach and the pedestrian street of the town. We guarantee a reserved parking space for each accommodation, making the structure perfect for a holiday dedicated to comfort.

Bilo N° 9 - 2/4 beds with double terrace
All apartments are served by air conditioning in every room. They have a modern kitchen equipped with induction hobs and electric oven, and a bathroom with shower, wall-mounted hairdryer and bidet, in this case with a beautiful window. Located on the first floor of the building, the living area offers a double sofa bed, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning and a second terrace for exclusive use. Double bedroom with large window and access to the first terrace.

This is the only apartment with a double terrace, and in case of emergency a 5th camp bed can be added for a fee.

Services inside the apartment:
- induction hobs; LCD TV; large fridge with freezer; oven; air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom; internal electric boiler for hot water; hairdryer; ceiling fans; wifi

Services outside the apartment:
- private parking assigned inside the property; private complex closed by an electric barrier; double terrace for exclusive use; shared washing machine

Important Notes:
- registration is required even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
- paid camp bed per child at €50 per week
- For groups of young people the minimum age for check-in is 21 (under 18 years old on request, with payment of a double security deposit)
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Marina di Campo (or Portoferraio for low season periods).
