Really bad experience overall

Where to start, the location is great, that's the only positive I guess, just a not comprehensive list of our not-so-good experience: 1 - the checking was terrible, she was not able to tell me how to reach the house, after I drove around the block three times they sent me a youtube video that was not useful at all and a link to a Google map that wasn't opening. At the arrival there were no sheets or towels even if I explicitly said I needed them, they made me pay a lot to rent them and I needed to make the beds by myself. They want a consistent deposit on top of the already very expensive stay. 2- the second "bedroom" is so small that the only thing that fits there are the two beds, the "room" size is probably 5 square meters, you need to step on one bed to go the other one. 3 - After the first night, my kids slept in that closet that they call a room where covered in bugs bites, they had to sleep on the floor in the living room the other three night. 4 - The house has nothing other then one roll of toilet paper, no soap, no detergent, no sponges, nothing, I have to go to the grocery store and buy everything. 5 - we found a dirty t-shirt in the washing machine that I had to throw away 6 - since there is no kitchen inside, the only way to cook is to use the outdoor stove, the cooking space was not clean. 8 - A few hours after checkout they send me a message that had to pay for an additional cleaning fee because my son peed on the bed.
