Kick back and relax in this newly built, calm, and stylish space on 20 acres. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio overlooking the forest and valley. Camino has so much to offer: one hour to Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort, 10 minutes to Placerville, 5 minutes to Apple Hill, wine tasting, skiing, hiking, golfing, rafting, cycling and and 15 minutes to Sly Park Recreation Area. This home is ideally located just minutes off of Hwy 50 while also being quiet and secluded atop the hill.

Backup generator in the event of a power outage. 2 televisions: 55" in living room and 42" in bedroom. 2 electric fireplaces: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There are stairs to get into the unit but no stairs once you are inside.

Guests have full access to the home and the property. Garage access for an additional $100/stay.

We are available via instant messenger or phone. In an emergency, we have people who are within a 10 minute drive of the property.

This is a small, rural road so you may need 4wd during inclement weather. Fire extinguisher under the sink and in the garage.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.

Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 4 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and take out all the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: We kindly request that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Wet wipes, including those labeled as flushable, should not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. There will be no smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or a $300 charge.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home.

Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest's expense. This ensures that the accommodation is well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Cameras: We have a Ring Video Doorbell camera installed at the entrance for safety.

BBQ: In the event that the BBQ is left uncleaned after use, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your Airbnb account. This fee is necessary to ensure the space is ready and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Trash Removal: Please put trash cans on the curb Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning pickup, and bring them back to the right side of the home Wednesday afternoon.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Such a cute little house to stay in! We had everything we needed and easily fit 2 adults. The house was very clean and so cute. We brought our pup with us, and they were very sweet and accommodating for her. Quiet and private and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is new and immaculate. Two TVs, bedroom and living room. Two electric, decorative, fireplaces. The owners of this property should teach a class in how to make your guests happy and comfortable. Lots of extra blankets, although not needed with the nice mini split system, even the liquid soap had a wonderful scent, the view is beautiful and the direction for guests is simple with easy access to a person if help is needed. It is a short drive to the apple orchards, wineries and downtown Placerville with many restaurants, shops, wine bars. It was great and we will be back.
