Rustic house for 4 people in nature

On the top of a hill a few kilometers from the center of Camaiore is 'Casa dell'Uva'. The house offers: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs and BBQ. The view is wonderful: in front of your eyes you will have the view over Camaiore, the other hills and up to the sea of Lido di Camaiore.

The house is 340 meters above the sea level and to get there by car there is a road of 200m of steep concrete with curves but it is not dangerous and is practicable with all cars.

The parking space is 30 meters away with a small climb on a path. This house is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

The price does NOT include the consumption of: electricity* (0.60 Euro / Kw), to be paid in cash at checkout.

From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

Sehr schön gelegen, die letzten Kurven zur Unterkunft bekommt man mit ein bisschen Übung schließlich gut hin. Sympathischer Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr basal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, dans le calme et l'air pur, même si la route pour y arriver est difficile. Jennifer est adorable, souriante et attentionnée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Charming house

The house is charming, simple and lovingly renovated in the style of a Tuscan farmhouse. You get used to the narrow last part of the road quite quickly. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for our vacation. Conclusion: If you are looking for a quiet holiday home and are not afraid to drive 10 minutes up the mountains, this is the place for you.

Superbe Séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en Italie dans cette maison atypique. Le jardin est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle jusqu'à la mer, dépaysement total. La maison est très jolie. Notre petite fille de 20 mois s'y est épanouie car le jardin est totalement clôturé. Nous avons pu également observer des biches, sangliers et renard juste derrière la maison, nous avons adoré être au cœur de la nature.

Tolles Häuschen mit Abstrichen

Es ist ein wirklich cooles Häuschen mit einigen Vorteilen aber auch Nachteilen. Die Vorteile sind man ist abgelegen weg von Massen und da oben ist es etwas kühler. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und urig, passen zu der Gegend. Mit kleinem umzäunten Garten kann man sich mit Hund entspannt zurück lehnen. Aber jetzt zu den Nachteilen, mein Partner ist 1.90 cm und muss etwas quer im Bett liegen da diese etwas kurz sind. Und leider dieser Weg , am Anfang ist es Abenteuer und dann wird es ärgerlich. Ständig schauen das man sich den Spiegel nicht abfährt da es wirklich eng ist und zwei Autos nicht immer aneinander vorbei kommen. Ich habe ein Mazda X5 in denn letzten 3 Kurven zurück setzen um rum zu kommen. So überlegt man wann man wieder los fährt und ich nicht mehr spontan! Am Abend nochmals schnell runter was unternehmen, ah neee der Weg hoch wieder! Das ist für uns ein großer Nachteil gewesen. Da man so weit oben ist hat man allerdings einen tollen Ausblick aber leider hört man das ganze Geschehen im Tal ( also alle Hunde im Dorf , gerne die ganze Nacht! ) klar man kann die Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage an machen dann hat man seine Ruhe aber mein Partner schläft nicht mit Klimaanlage gerne und so hatte ich die ein oder andere etwas weniger erholsame Nacht mit einem Quer liegenden Mann im Bett. Alles in allem ist es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen für eine Woche.

Rustig en knus in een boeiende omgeving

De eigenaar hielp ons met alles wat we vroegen. Toen het weer wat minder was, genoten we van het huisje. De rust bood een fantastische sfeer om te lezen. Zodra de zon zich toonde, was er de natuur rond het huis met de vele bloemen. Kruiden en vruchten. Hemels! Ook de omgeving bekoorde ons enorm: Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, een rit door de bergen,... We hadden graag langer gebleven.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes und sauberes Haus mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer. Bis zur guten Spiaggia Libera in Leccione ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt. Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig steil, wer fahren kann hat aber kein Problem. Die angegebenen 90 qm sind eher optimistisch (kein Wohnzimmer, nur eine kleine Wohnküche). Bei gutem Wetter sitzt man eh auf der sehr schönen Terrasse. Bei Regen oder Kälte fehlt der Wohnraum allerdings. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar sind und ein offenes Ohr für alles haben. Preis/Leistung ist top, gerne wieder. Danke Jennifer!

Eine tolle Zeit in der kleinen Villa Kunterbunt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier und haben vor allem den schönen Garten sehr genossen. Die Küche ist klein, aber von der Ausstattung her ausreichend. Jennifer hat uns herzlich empfangen und hatte auch ein paar Tips für uns, die sehr hilfreich waren.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr nettes kleines Häuschen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf Camaiore und auf das Meer. Die Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig steil, aber es lohnt sich, weil man wirklich seine Ruhe dort oben hat. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und das merkte man dann abends an den Temperaturen. Deshalb saßen wir oft auf dem kleinen Sofa in der Küche, weil es kein Wohnzimmer o. Ä. dort gibt. Vermutlich ist der Aufenthalt im Sommer optimal, wenn man den Garten besser nutzen kann.

Tolles Häuschen auf dem Berg

Schönes Natursteinhaus mit super toller Aussichtslage! Die letzten 200 Meter mit dem Auto zum Haus sind etwas heikel, man gewöhnt sich da aber schnell dran. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig Eingerichtet. Dank der sehr netten Vermieterin, unkomplizierter CheckIn und CheckOut. Vielen Dank Jennifer, für die schönen Tage trotz etwas Regen.

Wie zu Hause

Man fühlt sich in dem schönen und gemütlichen Haus wie zu Hause. Die steile Auffahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man wird dafür aber mit einem schönen Ausblick und Tocsana Stimmung belohnt. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit und man kann sich auf sie in einem Notfall verlassen. Wir hatten einen Problem mit dem Auto das in eine Werkstatt musste. Dank Jennifer und ihrer Mutter konnten wir unsere Ferien trotzdem geniessen in dem sie uns organisatorisch sehr geholfen haben. Vielen Dank

Top Aussicht

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte. Wohn/Küche-Bereich im EG etwas klein. Anfahrt Abenteuerlich. Aber insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungs-Niveau wirklich klasse ! Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Garten, großer Grill.

Toller Urlaub mit viel Erholung.

Unser 14-tägiger Urlaub war einfach großartig. Jennifer und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt ruhig und wunderbar umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. So kann man das Meer genießen, Ausflüge machen und ist dennoch nicht mitten im Trubel. Einfach fantastisch!

Nette Vermieter eines typischen Ferienhauses in den Bergen

Die Vermieter sind ganz lieb (Willkommensgeschenk, Lasagne etc.), sprechen gut englisch und kümmern sich bei Problemen (Ausfall W-Lan nach Gewitter). Das Haus ist soweit in einem altersgerechten Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Haus gelangt man über eine recht gute Straße in ca. 10 Minuten (ab Camaiore). Zum laufen in den Ort eher nicht geeignet. Die letzten 100m sind nur zu Fuß möglich, das Auto parkt eine Serpentine unterhalb des Hauses (mit einem Allrad und entsprechender Bodenfreiheit könnte man bis hoch fahren). Bis zum Meer sind es circa 20 Minuten. Dafür hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Region und kann allem Trouble entfliehen. In der Region gibt es super Ausfligsziele (Trofsteinhölen, Wasserfälle etc.), sodass es nie langweilig wird. Mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Peaceful place

Nice and very quiet place. But however close to Pisa etc. Very good for dog owners, because the yard is fully fenced. The road to the place is quite steep, but so are all the mountain roads there.

Sehr gepflegtes gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus!

Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und hatten 2 Hunde dabei. Von Simone, Jennifer's Mann, wurden wir herzlich mit einem Obstkorb, einer Flasche Wein, einer Flasche Wasser und einem Schokokuchen begrüßt. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten und konnten sowohl am Strand, wie auch in den Bergen mit unseren Hunden schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Volterra waren sehr schöne Ausflugsziele, die auch gut zu erreichen sind. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank nochmal, dass wir mit unseren Hunden dort sein konnten!

Traumhafter Blick und süßes Häuschen

Wir waren Anfang April in dem Haus und waren total begeistert! Der Weg ist zwar heimlich gewöhnungsbedürftig aber der Ausblick von der terasse macht alle Mühen wieder wett. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt, was perfekt war für die Reise mit Hund. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder :)

Schönes Haus mit super Ausblick

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Der Garten ist ringsherum eingezäunt, und war für uns als Hundebesitzer perfekt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang zwischen Weinstöcken und Olivenbäumen, direkt an einem tollen Wanderweg. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick über ganz Camaiore bis zum Meer. Der Standort bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung: Ausflüge nach Lucca und Florenz, Meer und Strand, Wandern oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir sind dort von Jennifers Mutter sehr herzlich empfangen worden und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bedanken. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Wochen verbracht, die Zeit sehr genossen und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen
