This vacation home with private pool in Capezzano Pianore is located between Camaiore and the beautiful coast of Lido di Camaiore. Located about 3.5 km from the beaches of Versilia, it offers, in addition to the pool, a large garden with barbecue, garden furniture, gazebo and table tennis. Excellent starting point for visiting many destinations in the area. Camaiore is only 3 km away and offers a characteristic historical center with restaurants serving traditional dishes and stores of all kinds. About 3,5 km away is Lido di Camaiore with bathing establishments for families, the splendid promenade and the "quay" -symbol of the town, where walking you will feel like walking in the middle of the sea. Here you can enjoy an aperitif while admiring the spectacular panorama of the coast. Viareggio is 6 km away and offers numerous bathing establishments and shipyards, as well as a splendid seafront promenade with clothing stores and restaurants. Here you can take a ferry to reach the charming villages of Cinque Terre in Liguria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At 11 km is Torre del Lago, known for its large open-air theater dedicated to the famous composer Giacomo Puccini, who lived here and composed his greatest works. In the summer, the Puccini Festival is held here. Another attraction are the naturalistic excursions by boats to visit the lake. The first floor and the first floor of the house are not connected internally.

dreckig und unsympathisch

Die Unterkunft war alles andere als sauber. Wir haben kleine Kinder und mussten zuerst alles durchputzen. Haben sogar einen Tanga und diverse Haare der Vormieter vorgefunden. Alles klebte und überall hatte es Staubwolken. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und baufällig. Der Pool war sehr dreckig und wurde nur auf unser Bitten hin kurz und sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Für die Verunreinigung (die normal für 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder ist) wurden wir zuerst sogar angebafft. Die Vermieter können nur Italienisch und verstehen nicht mal ansatzweise eine andere Sprache. Sie sind schroff und unsympathisch. Die gesamte Zeit sind sie da und haben ein Auge auf alles. Man hat keine Ruhe. Die Anlage ist viel kleiner als auf den Fotos und mit einer Schnur direkt vom Vermietergrundstück abgetrennt. Man darf weder Fussball spielen, noch andere Ballsportarten ausser PingPong spielen. Als die Kinder abwaschbare Strassenkreide malten, wurden sie direkt vom Vermieter beschimpft. Sie hatten danach Angst vor Ihnen. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme dürfen beim Pool nicht verschoben werden. Das Duschwasser draussen stinkt nach Schwefel. Die Einfahrt ist unheimlich eng. Abends und Nachts bellen die gesamte Zeit über Hunde und Alarmanlagen gehen los. Und überall im Garten hat es Abends Frösche. Ohne Auto hat man keine Chance irgendwohin zu gelangen. Gerade die obere Wohnung ist sehr heiss durch die fehlende Klimaanlage.
