"We booked here for a Pet Freindly stay to see if our dachshund would cope being a traveller.
Well from the moment we booked communication was brilliant with the team about their needs for the dog and our needs of them.
On arrival a friendly greeting from Ellie and checked in quickly. A small mini bar in the foyer, a book exchange and a morning coffee cart. In the pet friendly 1 bedroom was a dog bed, bowls, bluey mats, bags, treats and a toy. A welcome pup menu with different pup treats and pupcinno's.....this is a well oiled gig! Our girl had lots of pats from the staff.
Everyone throughout the property was always happy and smiling and very efficient right down to text messaging to get information to guests each day.
The room itself being well thought out with everything you could need. And the personal courtyard such a brilliant concept with pets.
As a travel agent it has ticked all boxes for an apartment block."
