Good

Sorry I cancel my trip duo to the

It was ok. Nothing special except the kids liked the pool.

It was in a great location with restaurants all around us. The only issue I had was there was 3 of us and we only had two towels I had to ask every day for an extra towel. The people next to us were smoking and every time we turned in the bathroom fan it brought the smoke in. The free breakfast was good though it would have eggs of something with all the cereal choices and waffles.

We arrived at the hotel for weekend tripp to niagara falls. i ordered non smoking room and room we got was really smelly, like 20 poeple inside war smoking before we came in there.asked hotel staff to change the room for really non smoking room, answer was they are fully booked.disapointed with this hotel.and its also overpriced.$80for this?no way!more like $50 hotel

For an inexpensive hotel, it met all our expectations. The entry was updated and clean giving it a good first impression. Actually, we have been to other hotels that costs more in the area that were not nearly as presentable. The first impression was good. The room was neat, clean and met are expectations. The location is excellent as it is both convenient to UB and 290 access to the 90, downtown and more. We will be staying here again.

stayed here once before. It is not the Ritz but it certainly is acceptable. For the $$ it is worth it. They were doing some remodels so it is even getting better. Stayed for two nights, very convenient to UB.

Have stayed here numerous times and the price is right, great location with a roadhouse rest next door, across the street from a Walmart, rooms clean compared to some dumps I have seen

we stayed here just for one night to visit niagara the next day. staff was good. rooms fairly clean. and was about 15 mins from niagara falls. got the king room for $50 .

Non smoking room...but towels stunk like cigarettes!! This is something that you woudnt even expect if it were a smoking room! Room smelled extremely bad from the moment you step through the door...hard to get used to. Not sure wht the stench even was. A lot of shadey looking peoplestaying here. 4am people came pounding on doors, honking car horns and yelling in the parking lot. I assume it was drunken shenanigans from long weekenders. Parking was available but ridiculously packed together. It was very expensive for an econo lodge. It is close to the shopping areas .. about 15mins drive.

The room was very basic and included a large bed, fridge, microwave, lcd tv, and wifi. The bathroom was clean, had a few towels and great water pressure from the shower. The door used an access card and parking was readily available. This was not a fancy stay, but perfect for my needs. Location was on a busy road and there was easy access to dunkin donuts, subway, mcdonalds, and a mall with applebees down the road. No complaints.

If you can stay at another hotel or a different Econo Lodge, do so. The front desk clerks were very rude. The TV channel line-up was a decent 99 stations but only about 14 worked. The Internet didn’t work and when I asked for help from the front desk, I was rudely told that "the Internet was complementary not compulsory”. Finally, she reluctantly gave me a password to the internet. The first room I was given had a damaged door and I had to be moved to a new room. The new room had a broken chair. Wish my reservation was refundable because it wasn’t worth the money. There are other Econo Lodges within the area, don’t waste money on this one.

spacious room, nice location, LCD tv .overall value for money you are paying

this one is still 20 miles aways from niagara falls. And it charges the same price as those in niagara falls nearby. the day we moved in, they were amending the rooftop, we asked the staff to give us another room, but she said the worker won't make anymore noise until 11am next day. but actually next day, starting from 9:30am, the work started. no apology, no explanation. oh, all staffs in this hotel are indians.

Decent price, decent stay...we were a family..no issues..

Nice, clean, quiet room - everything worked, too. Last stay our microwave didn't work, but the one in our room this time did. Very close to shopping and many points of interest - pretty far from the falls (over 30 minutes driving), but close to restaurants, malls, etc.

A nice stay for the weekend - very close to major malls and restaurants. Clean room, big TV, nice bathroom. Problems: microwave did not work, door key-card problems. The main issue is the people at the front desk. The family live at the hotel, and treat people who come in like a "super" at an apartment would -- a little ticked about being "bugged". No personality at all! My mom rang the front desk bell and someone yelled from the back "What!?". Unacceptable. Not exactly sharp blazers and a smiling "Hello!". They seemed put out that we needed more toilet paper in the room, like it was from their own pocket.

The room 122 did not have a working access card. The checked with the reception and she was really rude. I asked for a refund and it was also in vain as I had booked through [...]. So when ever I wanted to enter my room, I had check with reception or room service to open it for me. later I came to know that there were couple of other rooms with the same problem and management has not been able to fix it from several weeks. The cleanliness was OK but the room was not worth 120$.

this was a great deal for the price but you do get what you pay for. for us it was perfect, in town for a football game. great location, easy to access the highways and local attractions. king size bed was nice but it was the most uncomfortable bed i've ever slept in, old and needed replacement, so that kinda takes away from an 100% positive review. it was a killer deal though....
