Male. Solo. Stayed 4 days. Listen, I travel all over Europe, SE Asia, and South America. I am from USA. This hotel is absolutely immaculate. It is a brand new hotel or it was remodeled recently. Everything works. The lighting, the space, the breakfast, the location ( steps from the opera house ) ( restaurants around the area )... This is the hotel I would absolutely send my 67 years old mother ALONE away from her comfortable home in Miami, USA. Immaculate hotel. PERIOD!

Great location, central, walkable, great cafes and restaurants. Good size room but weird design with no sink in the separate toilet. And view into not-very-nice courtyard. Staff are friendly ang helpful and the room was clean but didn’t refill coffee / tea or change dirty cups and plates till asked. Forgot dirty cups in sink. Unlikely to stay again.

We were on the 2nd floor quite noisy at night. Location was great. Breakfast was brilliant but when booked didn’t now flight back home and booked breakfast but our flight was 7:10 so not able to have breakfast we gave them plenty of notice for a take away breakfast but they didn’t provide this so paid for a breakfast we didn’t get
