The Penny House: CLEAN with garage, one block from trails & stores

Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house completely remodeled top to bottom with all amenities you would need. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed in the lower level of the house, bedroom 2 is a full size bed in the upper level of the house, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds in the upper level of the house. The house has two air conditioning units (Seasonal). Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. One car long garage to park vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water crafts. The garage is especially useful in the event of unexpected mechanical issues where working indoors will keep you out of the elements. The house is fully accessible to 585 miles of ATV trails, 3000 miles of snowmobile trails, 30-45 minutes from multiple ski hills, Porcupine Mountain National Park, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, and hiking trails. The house is a block away from the snowmobile and ATV trails, grocery store, gas station, restaurants and bars.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great little house for 2 couples. So close to the trail and gas for our SxS trip. Had plenty of parking area for our truck and trailer, we even got to see the northern lights! Sandy was great with communicating we would definitely stay again!

Great house that was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid). Conveniently and centrally located in the western UP. Loved it!Note: A/C is 2 window units on the first floor. Worked great for a house this size. Fans were provided for upstairs bedrooms.

Fantastic Stay in Bruce Crossing

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Penny house! The Host was very responsive and the house was super clean and well stocked. The grill out in the backyard and the seating by the fire pit was great! It was also really nice to have access to the garage. The location is perfect for whatever activity you choose. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

We came home to the UP to visit family and show off our first grand baby. Penny house was centrally located between family members so we hosted a bbq for everyone to meet her. Great place to stay, walking distance to restaurants and store.

Girls Trip!

The property was easy to locate, check in was easy, and the house was so clean! Enough space for all of us and our things. Only AC units were downstairs but it cools down at night upstairs with the fans and windows.

Family snowmobile trip

The house was clean warm and comfortable. Nice bedding and plush towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. The front and back porch area were nice to hang and store gear. There are 2 driveways that were well plowed out with room to easily park a truck and 30 ft trailer, a truck and 10 ft trailer and 7 snowmobiles. It snowed everyday and each day a tractor and loader came and removed the pile of snow left by the snowplow at the end of the driveway which was really great. Very close to trails, gas and groceries. Sandy was quick to respond to questions we had. Sandy set up and extra roll away bed for us and our family of 7 was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Penny House for your stay.

Ski and Snowboarding Porkies

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean, comfy and cozy! This was our second time staying here and love the central location between Snow River, Powderhorn, and Porkies. Also having the grocery store just around the corner makes it very convenient for those couple of food items we forgot to pack. We will be back again!

Very clean house. Accurately described. Being able to use the garage to park the snowmobiles was helpful. Someone plowed the driveways in a timely manor. Only down fall was the busy road and backing in the snowmobile trailer.

perfect snowmobile house

Super close to trails and gas station. Extremely Easy to get 30ft enclosed trailer in and out of and very convenient to have the garage to store sleds in.
