Very quite neighborhood close to everything stores restaurants etc. The house itself was very comfy very clean and plenty of space loved the back yard perfect for bbq and hanging out. Oh and the deer just hanging around the neighbors yards was a great attraction lol.

Chetko Fishing Trip

Very comfortable well furnished house. Nice location near the port. Great restaurants in the near by area! In particular Matties Pancake House as well as Catalyst Seafood!

Annual Rogue River Getaway

Enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 4 beds in quiet cul-de-sac residential neighborhood. Very convenient to our golfing and fishing activities. Would definitely consider again for next year. Thanks!

Cushing Court Getaway

A cute beach-themed house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It had all of the amenities we needed, was very comfortable, and was located a short walk and/or drive to town. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented this house for its location, space anf full kitchen. I loved that I could sit on the top patio and see the ocean. It was clean inside and very comfortable.

Great property, spacious and clean

Property is just as described, worked out perfectly for the 4 of us for a 2-night stay. Unfortunately some private properties prevent easy access to the coastline. It's so close! But a bit of a walk to get around all the gates, etc. We loved Superfly for cocktails 😃

Wonderful little house!

This was such a great find and a wonderful fit for our family of 4. We used Brookings as a base for exploring the southern coast and Redwoods. We found the house clean and comfortable and would stay here again.

Great home base for exploring the area

We stayed here for my daughters bday trip to see the redwoods. Could walk to the beach and coffee and 5 min drive to the port. The kids loved the tire swing. Great outdoor space

Lovely Quiet Retreat

The house was very comfortable and well furnished. Bedroom arrangements were good - a queen in one of the bedrooms; twin beds in the second bedroom; and a king in the master. The kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed for a nice stay. The host checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. The house was very peaceful and quiet and convenient to the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

Beach Stay

It was beautiful and peaceful. Very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The master shower was a dream and the beds very comfortable. I slept like a dream. Great stay!

Cooling off in Brookings!

Recently remodeled older home which is well done. Very convenient to all parts of Brookings as well as the Boardman State Scenic beaches. Very gracious host! Very affordable option to outrageous hotels. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation House

Conveniently located near the city center made for easy access to restaurants. The property is at the end of a culdesac which made for a nice, quiet, safe and peaceful location. Check in and check out process was easy. This location asks for reasonable checkout tasks. We’ve stayed at some where they practically want you to clean the house for them. I would definitely recommend this property to any friends or family looking for a nice location in Brookings.

Nice, comfy house in quiet neighborhood.

Although we couldn't hear the ocean from this house, it was still very nice and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, walk to restaurants, and short drive to the beach. Would recommend.
