Hit Refresh is a chic, modern farmhouse-style cabin tucked in the towering pines of Broken Bow, OK. Perfect for a couple or family traveling with several kids, this cabin features a spacious and relaxing suite downstairs and a large game/bunk room upstairs. Sleeping 6-8 guests, Hit Refresh sits on nearly 1.25 acres of beautiful woods and offers both upper and lower outdoor decks space for the family to soak in that fresh Hochatown air and reconnect in nature. Read on for more details by room. We can't wait to host you!

Kitchen/Dining - Dining table seats 4 with additional bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen island breakfast bar. Kitchen also features a gas stove top, oven, drip coffee pot and k-cup machine, kettle, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.

Living - Gas fireplace, leather sofa, 2 chairs, Smart HDTV, laundry closet.

Downstairs Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, Smart HDTV, en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, rainfall shower head and wand. Private access to lower back deck.

Upstairs Bunk/Game Room (sleeps 4-6) - Air hockey table, arcade, two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, built-in desk, bar height table with two chairs, Smart HDTV, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Private access to upper back deck.

Outdoor - Cabin has both upper and lower back decks and a front porch. Front porch features two rocking chairs while the lower back deck features an outdoor seating area around the gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and hot tub. The upper back deck has sectional seating, lounge chairs, and a Smart HDTV. Venture down further to the fire pit with seating for 4 to roast marshmallows over the toasty fire.

General - Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of the pet fee. Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free WiFi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior security cameras facing away from cabin and monitoring activity approaching cabin's entrances. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 8 guests, no exceptions.

Amazing place to stay with experiences for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommendedโ€”we will definitely be back! Very clean, air hockey was a hit, only a couple miles from Hochatown. Just a quick noteโ€”there are some potholes on the way in, so drive carefully.

Great Times

Loved the cabin. Kids loved the upstairs. Everything was great. Only critique is the chill furniture (couch/chairs) could be more comfy. But that's about it. We have stayed in a lot of places in the area and this one had one of the better grills, which is awesome if you pick up some good meats from the local meat market.

Modern Charm

The property had a modern farmhouse feel that was very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations nice. The hot tub was dirty and we had to dump the trash on the patio. I was so concerned we would get in trouble if we did not. I was a little disappointed that the air hockey table parts were broken, and we couldn't play. I guess I expect when guest are paying as much as they are that they would make sure they don't break the rentees' property.

Great family cabin

This cabin was perfect for my family of 5. It looked even better than the pictures. The kids loved the bunk room, arcade and hot tub. The main suite was spacious with a very comfortable bed and awesome bathroom. A highlight was seeing deer in the backyard at dusk. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Amazing gem of a cabin! We loved it and will be back! Perfect for our family. Upstairs kids room can be a little loud since itโ€™s hardwood floors right above the primary. But that was literally the only thing I can even come up with to think to mention. Absolutely loved it. Stayed at other cabins that were not as clean as I would like or that clearly used awful chemicals when cleaning. That was not the case here. Opened the doors to a dream stay and all the details were so thoughtful and well done. Really appreciated that. 10/10

Beautiful property, not efficient for cold weather, we checked in on a Friday afternoon, around 4pm, it was 18 degrees outside, the management company did not think to drop the faucets, so we had no hot water, one AC/heat unit for the entire place, upstairs bedroom got extremely hot and downstairs was the exact opposite. Again, beautiful cabin, perfect set up, but when it is extremely cold, be carefulโ€ฆ

Great place, great time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay tucked away in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed to feel like home away from home. We all looked forward to the hot tub in the evening after a day of hiking. The upstairs was perfect for our 3 kids and the air hockey and old school video game console. We'll definitely be back!

The property is super cute upon entering but there is only one unit in the two story cabin. The bottom floor (especially the master bedroom and bathroom) stays extremely cold. The only way to keep it warm is to turn up the heat which makes everyone upstairs hot. The air vents were very dirty and the plug-ins in both bathrooms didnโ€™t work. It was really cold so we were excited to use the hot tub. The first night we jumped in I felt some dirt in the seat of the hot tub and we smelled something terrible. At first we thought it was outside sewage but then later realized it was fhe hot tub water smelled awful. It also kept alerting us that the filter to the hot tub was 19 days overdue to be changed. Itโ€™s a beautiful cabin but I wouldnโ€™t stay again.

Fall Getaway

Overall, the house is very nice. The upstairs kids room/game room would be great for families. However, we were looking for a quiet weekend with lots of privacy. That is not what we got-the ariel pictures have not been recently updated. There is a house directly behind this one that their front porch looks directly onto the back porch of this house. Other than the lack of privacy everything else was as advertised.

The management company was phenomenal and very available for any questions we had. Unimpressed with how not clean it was. Bugs in and on both bathroom floors. Spots on master bathroom floor that clearly indicated floors were not vacuumed or mopped. Architecture of house was great. The road to the place was a beating with all the deep ruts. All in all nice getaway just wish more attention to cleaning detail.
