Our 3rd stay and enjoyed each stay. Great staff,great service, and really enjoyed the Forest Grill. Great food and the Smoky Old fashion was excellent. Will be going back again soon!!!

We stayed here for our 6 months together and it was a wonderful stay! The food was amazing at the Forest Grill and the breakfast was just as good at The Perfect Pour Cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was overall a great stay!

The hotel is really clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing that we were disappointed with was there was no room service. We were hoping to go back to our room at the end of the night and have a couple drinks and maybe a late night snack in our pjs but that is not available at this hotel. Other than that the experience was amazing and we will be back.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The check-in process was very smooth and well explained. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to maintain the temperature in the room, without a lot of adjusting. Highly, highly recommend the Forest Grill to eat. We read that the artichoke dip was outstanding and we were not disappointed. The Great Plains burger (Bison burger) was cooked perfectly and very tasty! The Fried Eggplant was just as fantastic! For sides we have french fries and mac & cheese - neither of them disappointed. Our server Mallory was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us, answering all our questions about dinner. Check out was just as great as check-in. I was not very successful at the slot machines, but my other half did great, and we eneded up walking out a little ahead. Definitely check this place out if you need to stay in the Syracuse area.

Great stay! Absolutely awesome. 15 minutes from the Airport. Super easy to get to. Out of the city. Not sure how it could have gone better. I didn't come to gamble and there's plenty do in the surrounding area. Obviously it's a new place, but I'm telling you that you will not be disappointed. Staff is well trained. Will definitely visit again!!!
