We were told there was one parking spot per room, the parking garage was full, we were told to use the employee parking, it was full, we were then told to go to public parking, walking distance, and to get our car out then next morning by 10 AM. The condo was too small for the size/shape of table and chairs. On busy/noisy road couldn't keep windows open for air and no A/C

Your staff (orbitz) never returned the call about adjusting my reservation. The kitchen had a slight rotten food smell. The room was right next to a busy road with lots of traffic & road construction at night.

Perfect Location Great Price very friendly staff

For starters we went in to Check in. When we get to our Room there's no electricity all of one side with no lamps no lights. The Room is cold and the heaters are not working. I called the front desk tell him about this They said they would send somebody over. While we were waiting I used the toilet, there was no running water. I contacted the desk she said I had been out for a while. Why didn't they tell me this at checkin. I asked to be moved and she said they didnt have anything. I called Orbitz and was on phone for 1hr and 15 mins. With no results. So back to a cold room. They said they were trying to find a space heater at an another property. They couldnt find one. Around 830pm they show up with one they bought at Walmart. So, no i dont think we meditated our problem. A whole vacation day was wasted taking care of these issues.

For starters, when we first came in the room it was cold. Couldnt get heater going. There was no electricity to one side of wall. I went and asked for another room, was told nothing available. Used toilet, there was no running water. Which according to other guests, had been out all morning. We should of been advised of this at check in. After an hour or so, i called again about heater. They were looking for a space heater. We left for the day. They went and bought one at walmart, brought it to use at 800pm. I also was on the phone with Orbitz for 1hr and 15 mins. I was told i would be Compensated by email. With no results. I did get a 50.00 voucher to a restaurant. But by no way was it mediated most if the day was ruined. It was a bad start and wasted day. Overall bad experience with Wyndham and Orbitz.

The location is ideal. Skiing down 4 O'clock Run at the end of the day and walking directly across the street to your apartment is fantastic. The condo was clean and well apportioned. The king size bed was comfortable. The only drawbacks are the morning noise from Main St. and the dishwasher leaks onto the floor.

Accessibility to ski slopes is great. Appliances and furniture in the units is very outdated.

Convenient location ... Hot tub, total necessity after being on the slopes all day .. Ski rental right in the hotel .. Underground parking .. Only thing to say that may be somewhat negative is the room was a little dated ... But for the price, a kitchen, and being in the middle of everything the hotel was fabulous!!!

Front desk checked me into the wrong room after making me wait 30 min for the wrong room to be ready. Had to move well after I was settled into the wrong room.

Great location! Great staff! One recommendation to travelers...get a room on the creek side, not on Main Street. The snow plows can be noisy. The restaurant connected has the most amazing bacon. Again, the staff of Wyndham -especially Lauren - is awesome!

My gf and I spend 3 nights here for a short skii trip. We were allowed to check in to our room early which was great and hotel includes free 24hr movie rentals. The studio we checked out was very spacious and clean with a nice view of Breck. Only negatives are: staff took a while to get our checked out equipment one morning and the room itself was very very dry. Not sure if we missed a humidifier somewhere or we just weren't used to the climate.

So we had to check in late on Thanksgiving day and miss time with our family on Thanksgiving due to "plumbing issues" instead of just putting us in another room. When we were able to get in our room the whole carpet by the bed and by the kitchen was soaked, not fun in socks, I guess this was due to the earlier plumbing issues. Our toilet did not flush and they offered for us to "go down the hall" when we needed to go to the bathroom. This lasted the first night and maintenance came the next day and fixed it. It worked for literally one flush and then didn't work again, so for another night we had to use the restroom down the hall instead of in our room that we paid for. A plumber came on the 3rd day unannounced in the morning. The staff didn't let us know when we would be expecting a plumber or that we even were. So we had to stay in our room while he was there and late to the lifts. So finally on the third night we were able to use our own toilet. We got nothing from the staff, not even "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". We were never offered another room, even after I requested one twice in two different days. I didn't receive a discount, which I think if you can't use a bathroom that you pay for and are forced to leave your room in the middle of the night to use a public restroom calls for some kind of discount. I really like this place and it sucks that this was our experience.

All comments should be viewed in light of the price of other facilities in the area. With that in mind, we got what we paid for. 1. No A/C. OK Colorado nights will be cool or cold, but the rooms can get up to 80 deg during the day. Get the river side rooms (East) or interior rooms if you want to open the windows, otherwise you'll get the traffic noise of the main drag (West rooms) 2. All rooms needed a good scrubbing - just given a "lick and a promise". Curtains dirty, floors and rugs needed a good cleaning. My sinuses clogged up as soon as I walked in. 3. No daily maid service. Extended stay rooms get "cleaned" at the end of your stay. Staff will provide towels if you ask. 4. Be prepared for tight quarters in the under-building garage. Supports every second parking space make navigating a challenge!

Nothing about this hotel met our expectations. The room was not what we were told we were getting. There was a port-o-potty outside our window. The closet in the room was being used to store parts of tables so we couldn't use it. The hallway floors had trash all over them. The room didn't have any of the amenities or the balcony we were told was included. The shower had no water pressure. They didn't stock the stuff to make coffee. There were only two pillows and when asked we were told we couldn't get extra pillows, towels, or blankets. When we asked about the room not being what we were told it would be they said that staff member must have been mistaken and that's all. Despite there being only six cars in the garage the whole time they wouldn't change our room. This place was beyond overpriced and the furthest thing from a resort. The staff was rude and not at all interested in customer service.

Went here with a friend for a weekend of hiking by day and going out in the evening. This was a perfect home base location. It was close and convenient walking to all the restaurants and shops in Main Street along with the grocery store and the gondola. We got a studio which had a Murphy bed and fold out couch. I have to admit I thought the couch was more comfortable than the bed. Everything else was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need and we had a nice little deck to sit on and listen to the river flowing by. The room is a bit dated but everything was clean and very convenient. Will stay here again for sure. Good value for the $$

The room we stayed in was okay, but not what we booked. We were supposed to have a fireplace and balcony, but our room did not. Otherwise, it was a nice place and a great location.
