Almost all good

For the most part this place is great. I don’t want to say that I am dissatisfied at all . There were some young kids above us and we could hear every move they made. Music got loud and at 10:00 I called Ashley and she made the phone call and it stopped. Thanks Ashley ! This place looks very clean except for the foor, My white socks were black after the first day. The deck overlooks the river with a great view but….. it needs to be swept off and sprayed for all the spiders. There was a wasp nest under the table.The grill was not clean enough for me.It actually needs to be replaced ! The patio slider latch does not work, they provide a piece or wood for a temporary lock. The centerpiece on the deck got tore up by the crows. Please don’t think that I didn’t enjoy the place…..there are a couple things that I would address. Thanks again Ashley for the phone call !

Loved Every Minute!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is so beautiful and even better than the pictures that we looked at. It is cozy and everything that we needed was right there. We had a great night's sleep both nights and loved being out on the deck every extra minute that we had! It was hard to leave to come back home, and we wished we had a few more days there! Thank you so much to our host! She was wonderful to work with!

Nice view and really adorable place

Host was great. The place was very cute. Decor is lovely. Bed was comfy. I slept on sofa flip down and then the trundle. It was good enough. I would recommend the trundle over the sofa bed. There were tons of personal touches and thoughtful things everywhere. Coffee and all the fixings. Great river view with nice covered outdoor space for morning coffee. We will be back!

semi-annual Branson trip

we enjoyed the condo. It was just what we needed. being able to look at the lake was relaxing. The only concern are that the floors have not been mopped and our feet were always black, and the HVAC thermostat was confusing so we had problems getting the temperature where we wanted it.

A Great Way to Wake Up

It was a simple space made beautiful by Ashley's decorative touch and hospitable details. Waking up on the river was special. The apt. was furnished well and served our purpose of a weekend getaway very well.

Best Birthday Trip

This place is every thing you need if you’re wanting to just get away! The place is so clean and it was even decorated for Christmas which was a plus! Beautiful view and the weather for December was perfect. Will definitely book again.

Our honeymoon getaway

The place was so cozy, clean, and modern! We thought it was in a more secluded area but that’s okay! It was a short drive to many attractions in Branson and it was nice to have a short getaway for our honeymoon. It was so easy to book and communicate with the property owner. Checking in was also super easy which was awesome!

Elegant, very clean and bed was comfy!!

I loved Ashley's decorating style. I looked for dust and couldn't find any. This may be simple, but I appreciated the good toilet paper. Everything was smooth and very comfortable for our stay. You never know how comfy a bed is going to be. The bed was comfy. The only thing I didn't like was the soap, shampoo and conditioner. No big deal though.
