Nice stay. Close to local attractions.

Nicely appointed condo. The major problem was with the key pad entry lock. It requires the entry of an 11 digit code to a small lock placed low on the door. We frequently had to have multiple attempts to get in. The problem multiplies when there are multiple occupants of different ages coming and going. A better solution should be found.

Good time

We had a great time at Brandon. The condo was clean and convenient to all attractions at Brandon. We will be back again. Additionally the question that we did have prior to are stay we promptly answered. Great vacation for us.

Enjoyed our stay

Check in was great! Our lanai looked out over the pool and it was pleasant to sit out there! The location provided easy travel to the attractions offered in Branson. We would definitely book there again! Thank you

No communication!

When my party arrived, the place was not cleaned from previous party and was a total mess. We called and said they cleaning people were behind, which is totally fine and understandable, but trying to get in touch with owner or anyone to talk to about this problem it was a process. After about a 30min wait on the phone, we finally got a hold of an agent. It took a couple hours after our check in for the issue to be resolved, which God bless the cleaning lady and her I think her son, they were very nice and did their job quick and professionally. We never heard back from anyone, nor were offered any kind of compensation for what had happened. And to top it all off one of the TVs in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t display pictures, and then shut off and would not turn back on. P.S. we have ask for a refund 2 days ago and still haven’t heard from no one.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our trip to Branson. The elevator is near the unit and was great for our 90 year old mother. The location is ideal and close to everything.

Close to everything; needed better description

Our family enjoyed this condo. It was close to everything, reasonably priced, and easy to access. Only complaints was the listed showed it had a pool but no pool access with this condo which was outside our condo and hard for my 6 year old to understand. It was clean with the exception of the soap scum buildup on the jets of the jacuzzi. But over all we enjoyed it the stay.

perfect location

we needed a place that was close to all our activities. This was the perfect spot. Nice and clean, plenty of room, easy access. Our girls' trip was to see the Sight and Sound JESUS production. It was amazing!!! and this location was perfect to sit around and talk about the great show.

Perfect Condo for perfect vacation

Condo was exactly as described and even better. Beautiful inside, extremely roomy, the patio was very large with great furniture and overlooked the pool/tennis court and shuffle board. Also condo is in the perfect location. Away from the busy main street, but extremely close to everything. We were 1 mile to 2 miles in distance to every place we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.
