This place is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. And the staff could not care less. If possible I would have given it a -1 star rating.

While booking, some reviews were ok and photos of the place didn’t look bad so i decided to go ahead and book. Mistake! Very run down place as a whole and not the image given when booking. Not at all worth the $78.57 charged! Could have stayed in a way nicer for that price. Did not give the desk a hard time at all but we tried to check out not ten minutes after checking in but the owner (I am assuming) was rude in his way of telling us that he could have rented the room out due to the weekend and that he would not refund us. Room could have been cleaner as there was food on the floor between the bed and nightstand. Breakfast area was hot, bad and a mess! Bread sacks were put out for toast, with nothing sanitary to get it out of the sacks except for everyone’s hands digging in. A place has to be really terrible for me to give a bad review but this was an all around bad experience and would not recommend staying at Branson Surrey Inn/King.

Had a few issues but Edgar dealt with them and he was helpful and great. We will definitely be going back.

Our room was changed upon check-in and was led to believe we were being given a better room, which was not the case. The room had a perfume smell attempting to cover up an unpleasant odor and the bathroom fan made a rumbling noise and the ceiling tiles were falling down. We asked to be moved and the next room we were given was a more suitable location, but had stained bedspreads and tape holding the wallpaper seams in place. After a long day of site seeing we were looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, which was boarded up and had a table and chairs on top of where it should've been. The friendly staff and breakfast spread made up for what was an otherwise disappointing experience. .

Employees were very friendly and helpful! Property well maintained,and clean! Room was very clean! Breakfast included, good selection of entrees.

checked into room, had crumbs on floor between beds. pulled sheets back and found hair on bed sheet. while looking for receptacle to charge phone found a pair of childs shorts in corner behind table. all receptacles were too loose to hold charger. first morning breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7:30, no one was there to prepare food. Called manager, finally someone showed up and it was about 8:15 before anything was ready. second day everything ready but biscuit bottoms were so hard could not cut it with a knife. THE COFFEE WAS GOOD !!!!!!!!

Where do I start? We checked in only to walk into a room with cigarette smoke and dirty, wet towels on the bed. Upon notifying the hotel staff we were changed 3 more times due to cleanliness issues and even someone sleeping in one of the beds! Within the next 24 hrs we were checked into another room with no bedskirt, boxspring exposed with Staples sticking out, the bed frame broke on the other bed, the phones stopped working. We were told they would take care of it. While the did fix the beds we arrived back to a room with someone else’s toiletries in it, bloody napkins on the table and even food crushed up on the carpet. When we approached the manager Barbara about everything and our desire to check out due to us feeling unsafe and our child not being at ease, she proceeded to insult our parenting and then yelled at us calling us liars who wanted to get out of a reservation. We prepaid and drove 13 hours for family vacation. We were NOT looking to get out of a reservation. We were just wanting a clean stay with friendly staff, to which we received neither. Needless to say we have checked out and relocated.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. And were updating rooms.

The hotel is in process of remolding.. Its not 4 r 5 star but it was clean. Still use keys to open door and no flat screen. But overall it was good.
