Maintenance

Maintenance was unable our entire stay.Thankfully a employee from housekeeping helped us.The condo was very clean and the pool was great. My family had a great time. This unit was outdated. But clean was the most important to my family.

Our Branson vacation

Loved the property. Very clean. Friendly staff. Only had a couple of issues getting in touch with housekeeping. The phone in the 2 bedroom side of the condo did not work but we used the other phone in the 1 bedroom side. On check out morning I called the express ext. to check out a few times. Nobody answered so I called the front office and they checked us out with no issues. Overall stay was very nice will go back again.

Beware of Additional Fees

In addition to the $20.00 per day "Resort" Fee you will be charged taxed on that amount. This is was not disclosed upon check-in. Was not instructed to pick up a parking pass at check in so I got a text the next day asking to stop in to pick up. This is where they attempt to sell Discounted Tickets and your next stay. Fully stocked kitchen is a stretch. Between units 5A - B we were able to put together enough cooking untensils and cookware to make a small breakfast. The game room shows it age. You can play ping pong and pool at no additional cost. There are video games that require additional payment. So what did the Resort Fee cover?

Spacious condo

The condo was very spacious for our group with the adjoining rooms. Checking in was a little inconvenient with them wanting to set You up for a meeting. Otherwise the property was very nice

Carriage Place a Wonderful Place

The accommodations were excellent. It was a very spacy and comfortable place for all of us. The game room was a big hit for the kids and the pool was nice to have available. We will definitely stay at this place again in the future.
