It was centrally located to the mall and everything we wanted to do. It was clean and quite. I could smell unclean dog when I entered the front lobby. may want to consider taking the carpet out to allow for pet order.

Not a wonderful 9.2 as your site describes, but perhaps a 7.2 1) hotel needs updating 2) breakfast hot bar was weak 3) employees didn’t seem happy and it showed while dealing with their customers!

Hotel seem to cut corners everywhere. Soap was size of $.50, width of a quarter. Breakfast was not good. Employees were very nice.

Great location and wonderful stay

This hotel was superb. It was so beautiful inside and out. It was perfectly located on the strip in Branson so we walked everywhere. We absolutely loved the afternoon tea and cookie time. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing for the kids. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. It was just such a great place to stay!
