King Bed with fenced in backyard & Large 65" TV

You will love this cozy home within walking distance of Olivet Nazarene University! A great place to bring the family as we are close to the Perry Farm Park which have bike and walking paths for the family to enjoy. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and very comfortable leather couch, loveseat & rocker recliner furniture to relax in. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including the dishwasher microwave stove refrigerator. It is stocked with everything you need should you choose to make your meals at the home. All you need is the groceries! We do have some spices and oil for your use! There is a Keurig coffee pot with coffee creams and sugar for your enjoyment. We also supply a drip coffee maker for those that like more than one cup. The full tub and shower bathroom is bright and clean! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" smart tv. The second bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with 55" smart tv...For the little ones in the family we supply a pack and play & high chair. We also have a queen-size deluxe airbed which is also in the home. There are also extra sheets, pillows and blankets if you need them. The home has forced air gas heat and central air to make sure that you're comfortable year-round. There's also a laundry room with complimentary detergent. There is a detached one-car garage for your use. We do have a charcoal grill if you wish to use with complimentary charcoal and lighter fluid. The home is very conveniently located near restaurants shopping. As a host I do everything possible to ensure that you have an excellent visit! You may request anything and I will be sure to have it for you before you arrive. The home has a smart Lock for your safety and convenience of not having to use a key.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Perfect house for our out of town family

The house was as listed and the pictures are accurate. Ami was very attentive to questions and getting us the information needed for the house. We were able to spread out and enjoy our grown family and grand baby while in town for a funeral. Plenty of parking for the 3 vehicles we had.
