Great for large families!

This house was great for our large extended family. It's in a nice, quit area, but it's close grocery and drug stores. We never felt crowded. Lots of sleeping areas. The pool is a nice size and the yard is huge. Great kitchen--we cooked all our meals for 3 days. Furniture and sitting areas were all nice, good quality. We would definitely choose this house next year, if it's available. Everyone in our group agreed!

Fantastic Accommodations for All Members of Family

Wonderful property! Kids had there own "play space" both upstairs and outside - large open space with kitchen and living area was great to cook and socialize at the same time. Backyard was tranquil to get away for meditation and reflection. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. Everything we needed was there!

Annual Family Vacation

We loved the house. It had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect. We were able to go to the beach multiple times during the day and we even watched the sunset. We were there during the eclipse and had glasses to view it. The kids loved the swing in the backyard and we made s’mores on the fire pit. The tree in the backyard was a topic of conversation. Beautiful! The pool was great! I loved how it was 7 feet for the adults but had plenty of shallow water for the kids. There were plenty pool and bath towels. We Would definitely recommend this house and plan on returning.

Our vacation was wonderful. The house was perfect for our large family and various ages of kids. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores as well. We had a great time. Owner/Managers were easy to communicate with.

Great Vacation

Our group of family members from different states meet up at this house for stay. The house was very clean and decorated nice. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The outside area is wonderful. The pool was great this time of year for a Michiganer. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The hosts were great to work with. The communication with them was easy and they quickly responded. I would definitely stay again if we are ever in the Bradenton/Sarasota area again.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was just as described! We loved the backyard, swinging on the swings and enjoying the view of the lake. The house was clean and it had everything we needed. Owners were responsive with any questions we had. Our family really enjoyed our time here and we will return!

Wonderful Property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of room for all 15 of us. The kids enjoyed having the spacious yard to play and we all enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The home was very clean and the owners were very prompt getting back to us when we contacted them with any questions.

3 Family Spring Break 2023

Beautiful clean home with pool and water views. Quiet and clean neighborhood close to all your needs and minutes from the beaches, parks, and family activities. This house accommodated 15 people handily (6 adults and 9 kids). Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided a worry free vacation. We had zero issues with our stay and would stay at this home again in the future. The kids loved the pool and fooseball table. Great outdoor space with plenty of chairs and grass area. Fabulous Property

We rented this property for a pre Christmas family holiday celebration which consisted of eight adults plus five children ages 12 to 16. The home is recently remodeled and updated. It was immaculately clean. The interior, pool, and grounds are well maintained. The configuration of the great room, kitchen, and dining area comfortably allowed for all 13 people to gather together. The home conveniently provided sleeping accommodations for 13 people. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were also nice. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to go to beaches or other destinations. Coming from Colorado we were not that familiar with the area and the hosts were very helpful in providing suggestions of places to eat and places to visit. Bottom line is this is an A+ Vrbo. This moves to the top of my list as the #1 Vrbo I have rented. Everyone in our family was extremely pleased.

Everything was exactly as we expected the host was well accommodating very friendly and responsive to any questions there were seven adults and five kids in our group and everyone had a blast the pool was heated

Fantastic, spacious home

My friends and I (7 of us) booked this house to celebrate my bachelorette weekend. At first we were skeptical on booking because the house doesn’t have any reviews, but don’t let that dissuade you! The house is just as the photos…It was super spacious for all of us, the backyard was beautiful, the house was immaculate, and the hosts labeled all the light switches and cabinets which made it easy to find things. The decor was also super cute and modern. We had a great weekend, relaxing by the pool, going to the beach and we had a movie night one night where we watched romantic comedies and ordered Chinese. The hosts also had beach chairs, a beach wagon, cooler and plenty of towels available so you really don’t have to bring much. I would 10/10 definitely recommend. Thanks for opening up your house to us! We created so many wonderful memories there!
