The unit is well maintained and in good condition. Everything worked properly in the unit and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check in process was easy, we were able to enter the unit after hours and check out easily after hours using the marked boxes in front of the office. The sun deck is a great way to take in an ocean view and relax with plenty of seating and tables available. A great place to have some food and drinks outside for breakfast or during a sunset if you want. Having a full kitchen is great if you like to save some money eating out. That being said, many of the restaurants offer excellent food for reasonable prices for a vacation spot. Beach access is easy, the beach is literally right across the street. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available which makes having a fun day at the beach hassle free. The pool is small but perfect for a few people to have a little fun and relax in the hot tub after a long day. The location is perfect with restaurants and stores well within walking distance from the condo. It is also very close to the free trolley stop making the whole island easy to access if you don't have a car or don't want to drive. There is staff available during normal business hours to trade in beach towels and address any issues with the units if necessary. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return to this location for future Anna Maria Island visits.
