The Loews Boston Berkley Hotel is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Back Bay. If you want to be in the heart of Boston, there is no better place to stay than Loews Berkley Boston! We arrived early in the morning on the date of arrival and we were offered a courtesy early check in. This was very welcomed as we were able to begin our day the moment upon arriving in Boston. The room was spacious and clean (although I wish it would have had a separate walk-in shower as the website photos depicted). The hotel is located parallel to shopping on Boylston Road and Newbury Street; an easy walk to and through the Boston Commons; conveniently located and within walking distance to Fenway Park (which we did walk there and back for the amazing Lady Gaga concert) and finally, accessible to running routes provided by the hotel (we chose the 4.3 mile route)! During our stay, we ran into a friend visiting from NYC with her dog - she decided to extend her stay and stay with us for a few days making for a wonderful trip and thanks especially to the Loews staff for being pet friendly and providing nice puppy amenities upon letting them know of our room addition. The on-site restaurant, Precinct, as the hotel was a former police station, was convenient and a nice atmosphere to relax in the little downtime had. On our last day, we ran into a lengthy brunch at Stephanie's on Newbury and the hotel staff graciously allowed us a later check out than usual. This accommodation was so very appr

Great hotel. Great location. We will be back. I hope more people choose Loews.

In Boston for a one day meeting and wanted a good hotel at a good rate for the area. Lowes provided. I even got a good meal . Staff was pleasant.

I arrived early on a red eye and went up to the front desk, hoping to Store my bags. It was 630 am and I knew check in didn't start until 4. The hotel staff found a room for me and allowed my mother and I to rest after such a long flight. The staff was courteous the whole time, and every question or concern I had the entire time was never answered with a "no". These people are really focused on making it happen. The room was beautiful, clean, and the the noise was minimal. Great location. Check out the Friendly Toast for breakfast around the corner, The Flour Bakery for Boston Cream Pie, and the Red Lantern for some quality sushi.

Excellent location and great service provided by the staff

When we pulled up to the hotel there was a valet service, which we found out was $50 a night. We asked if there were any other options for parking and we were told no, so being from out of town we paid it. Needless to say the next morning we got up and went around the corner and on the other side of the hotel was $12 parking. The room was nice enough and comfortable but the rest of the building is a little run down. The fitness center is lacking to say the least. The restaurant was nice but breakfast was $18 for 2 eggs so we went around the corner to Friendly Toast which is highly recommended!! I honestly was not going to leave a review because I don't like to leave negative reviews and after bringing up the valet situation with the front desk they waived the fee, but a review of my credit card statement showed me that I was double charged for the room! I had to call and talk to customer service to have them refund my card. Next time I am in Boston, I will definitely be choosing a different hotel.

Great location. The hotel was very clean and super nice. The rooms were pretty big, modern, and also very clean. "The Precinct" which is the bar in the hotel had great food and drinks and great customer service from the servers. The entire staff from front desk to bellmen were super nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel and staff were azaming, only issue, one of the elevator working.. Great location easy access

Just here for a night for a show. Good location, decent bar and breakfast. Only negative was hearing couple in next room fighting at night and again early in am.

Wonderful staff. We loved the location and will be back

Went with my boyfriend for Valentines Day. The room was very big, king bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and even during a blizzard brought my car right to the door! All I had to do was text them!

Amazing time here. Great location, food, and service. Room was very clean and lovely. Great walking distance to many restaurants, especially seafood restaurants. The staff is very friendly and respectful as well.

Very courteous staff and the rooms were exemplary!

The Hotel is nice it has a complementary coffee machine in the lobby and they treat you fairly nice. The room I stayed was very very very small basically only the king size bed fits that´s it. It was single handed the smallest hotel room I´m ever been. The good it was a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was ok size and clean. So If you don´t spend to much time in the room it´s a decent Hotel and a good choice, if you are claustrophobic go some other place.

Great value with modern rooms and polite service. Location was convenient if you want to take a walk.

Nice hotel Great idea to give complimentary coffe in the lobby. Seems alive with people innbar and restaurants. Rooms a bit small but well locates Bell man really kind

Everything was fantastic at the Boston Loews. The staff, the design of the room, even the lattes were superb. Thanks to the excellent service, we learned a lot about Boston we would not have gotten to enjoy.

On a last minute work trip, most hotels in Boston were fully booked or extremely expensive. Loews was able to provide a hotel in a great location for a reasonable price considering the circumstances.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was luxurious and reasonably priced, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was minorly disappointing that the restaurant was closed, but I understand that they are givin the building a facelift and really improving a lot with the renovations. The only other negative was how hard it was to reach, due to the confusing roads in Back Bay. I would reccomend this hotel.

The hotel, staff, and location of this hotel are really good. Typical Loew's hotel...always perfect.
