I have stayed at this location when it was a fully Best Western supported facility. This is NOT a Best Western by any standard now. Luckily I was given a room that was not frequently used. None of the lamps had bulbs. No hair dryer in the room and cobwebs on curtains and ceiling. No smoking allowed in the building but marijuana use was prevalent. It also seems that the local homeless use this facility. One such person paid in cash as I was at the front counter and seemed to be on something, not pot. There also was a constant shortage of staff. Will never stay at this location again. VERY disappointing.

I arranged for the reservation in March of 2020 and paid with points. When I arrived at the hotel the staff behind the counter asked for my credit card- in case of damages. After we checked out I looked at my credit card bill and found that I was charged for the Room when it was already paid in full. It took over a week, multiple phone calls to the property and physically returning to make it right. No one employed at the property was wearing masks or properly social distancing and seemed to be offended when this was mentioned. The property manager finally recognized that the charge was incorrect and was not pleasant polite or apologetic about refunding the money. At no point did the staff acknowledge that I did not make the error and I was made to feel as if I was complaining about paying for the Room twice. I have never been treated this way by staff at Best Western as they've usually been courteous and willing to help.
It has free laundry and has a very clean and friendly atmousphere and has amazing staff
Falling apart and unsafe. The floors have dirt all over them and they should close this place down.
Beg Bugs, nug bites, beds are not cleaned. Disappointing
I arrived at 1 am “Tom “ the guy in the front desk VERY FRIENDLY AND HOSPITALITY, I was so tired and he did the check in so fast and make me feel comfortable 😀 really good staff

I have traveled and stayed at many hotels, often more expensive. I can honesty say this hotel was among one of the better hotels I have stayed at with much more reasonable rates. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend it.
Room size was good - nice lobby area staff nice Bathroom tile in tub area could use replacing - little dingy - definitely need new towels - these were a little thin and a bit dingy.

Basic hotel... this is one of those older properties that's hard to judge because it's seen better days. The rooms seem clean but dingy... hard to tell which stains are permanent. The staff was friendly... do what they're supposed to do but not much extra. It's perfect for a cheap night along the road, but I wouldn't want to vacation here.
Parking is not secure. The indoor pool is in a building across the large parking lot which make it difficult to use especially with children or in bad weather.
Our stay was very nice. We were only there for a night, but the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and the breakfast was very good.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The cleaning staff was very friendly and most cooperative when the door to our room didn't close. The front desk staff was only moderately helpful or friendly.
Everything was great during out stay at this hotel.
There were a lot of things we didn't like. When we booked our room we booked non smoking because of my son asmia and were put in a smoking room. They advertise they have a pool and its in a building behind the hotel that belongs to an athletic club, you can only swim during certain hours as long as there is room for non-members of the club.
