Easy check in, good service, convenient to freeway and highways, the IP is becoming one of our favorite places to stay. The room price and hotel fees were reasonable and included valet parking.

We had a horrible experience . First the room house phone was not working, the buffet was not to our expectation and the hostess was not accommodating and refused to seat us on a booth although plenty of them were available. The casino SLOTS HORRIBLE. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Such an easy booking and so much savings I was surprised. I’d book it again without a second thought.

Room was modern but very small especially compared to other hotels in the area. The parking is a pain as the garage is too narrow and traffic gets backed up so you have to wait long periods. I found the beds way to soft for my back but for the right price I would return. I also thought the staff were aloof. I was only here one night and then moved to Harrahs where there was a noticeable difference. Harrahs is so much nicer.

my overall experience was pleasing. The next morning I went to check out and I was told there was an $11.20 amenities fee. I was told the night before that it was already paid. The front desk person told me to go on the Internet to read about the amenities fee which I would do that if I wasn’t told that I had already paid it. It was said that the amenities included the pool which was not open, the valet parking and the weight room. I did not use these amenities therefore I feel I should not be charged for them. Another experience I had was that the TV did not have very many channels and if you wanted to watch a movie it would be $16.99 per movie. The Wi-Fi you could not use to bring up less expensive movies through your computer. So for those reasons my experience was OK.

We had a pleasant time. Our room was nice. We reported the carpet being wet from the A/C. The hotel was decorated well keeping with the season. A little disappointed with the food choices.

Overall, a great stay. Our room had a few areas that needed a little extra cleaning or maybe a repair but nothing major. The areas where it mattered most were very clean and in great condition!

Came to re-visit Keesler AFB after last visit 37 years ago. Interesting things to do in Biloxi besides just gambling - museums, etc.

Stay there on our honeymoon convenient to local restaurants shopping and the beach nice place to stay

Convenient and accommodated the non-smokers which was great. Food was excellent and a variety for everyone.

located off main road so quiet from street traffic. Great pool area. Lobby area and casino were very cold.

Very Nice and clean. My only issue would be the VERY slow Check in & Check out process. We stay here for the amenities, would have nice to know the pool tv was broke & had been over the summer the attendant to us.

Easy check in with very friendly staff. The room was large and beds very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet on the room floors and the casino was great fun.

Our room was ready early so we were able to go right in. The staff was super friendly and we had a really nice stay. Unfortunately, the rain drove us out of the pool but that would be the only negative.
