Convenient and accommodated the non-smokers which was great. Food was excellent and a variety for everyone.

Very Nice and clean. My only issue would be the VERY slow Check in & Check out process. We stay here for the amenities, would have nice to know the pool tv was broke & had been over the summer the attendant to us.

Easy check in with very friendly staff. The room was large and beds very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet on the room floors and the casino was great fun.

Our room was ready early so we were able to go right in. The staff was super friendly and we had a really nice stay. Unfortunately, the rain drove us out of the pool but that would be the only negative.

Booked hotel through orbitz. Did not get room that was booked. Hotel staff stated there was nothing they could do because it was not booked through them and if I had an issue I could take it up with orbitz. The room that was supposedly booked still didn't look ANYTHING like the photo on the website. It was the worst customer service. I was there celebrating my birthday weekend. If I could of got another room and stayed somewhere else I would have. I didn't want to give that hotel another dime of mine.

Our stay was nice and quiet... We were able to relax, we enjoyed the buffet and sport bar.

My only complaint was the smoke. We come from a state where smoking indoors is not allowed, and the smoke or smoke smell was everywhere

We made an error during reservation for a King and we needed 2 Queens. Called the hotel directly the next day and was told no problem. When got there they told me they could not change. Asked to speak with manager and was finally taken care of. Check in lied to me and had said no more non smoking rooms, complained and there was one.

Booked a King room through Orbitz when we checked in they wanted 50 dollars to upgrade to a King. It was our anniversary and check in lady was unwilling to listen to our upset about upgrading for 50 dollars. I have never had problems with getting a King bed when I book a King, we book all our trips thru Orbitz.if they ran out of King rooms why did we have to pay , this left a bad taste in my mouth about any fuyure visits. We asked for non smoking but room smelled like it had been smoked in.

It was great..the staff was nice and the room was comfortable

My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed it everything was perfect. So much to do in one place. Nice friendly service, clean check in was fast same as checking out. I would most definitely recommend.

Valet parking makes checking in a breeze. The check-in desk wasn't very friendly. Room service hours are very limited. There were lots of families with small children and our room was surrounded by babies crying late at night and early morning. It's a casino resort not a Disney resort. Don't bring your kids!!

The parking garage is the worst. They need to make some big changes for traffic to flow

IP Casino is always our choice when staying in Biloxi.

Enjoyed the arcade & buffet. Housekeeping staff was very nice & helpful.

We Enjoyed our room, several restaurants on premises or near by. I would stay here again.

The employees weren't friendly. The tables were over crowded and many not open at all. The room was old and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Would not recommend this facility to anybody. Poor rating.

We like Biloxi and go almost yearly. This was the first time we stayed at the IP in over a decade, and it is greatly improved from our last stay. From valet parking to check-in to dining to checkout, everything was smooth and easy for us. We chose this hotel due to price, but we will probably choose it for the experience next time we go to Biloxi.

My husband and I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway. The rates were very reasonable, especially for Mardi Gras weekend! We had a great view of the parades out our window, which was an added bonus.

horrible service

Booked hotel through orbitz. Did not get room that was booked.
