My only complaint was the smoke. We come from a state where smoking indoors is not allowed, and the smoke or smoke smell was everywhere

We made an error during reservation for a King and we needed 2 Queens. Called the hotel directly the next day and was told no problem. When got there they told me they could not change. Asked to speak with manager and was finally taken care of. Check in lied to me and had said no more non smoking rooms, complained and there was one.

Booked a King room through Orbitz when we checked in they wanted 50 dollars to upgrade to a King. It was our anniversary and check in lady was unwilling to listen to our upset about upgrading for 50 dollars. I have never had problems with getting a King bed when I book a King, we book all our trips thru Orbitz.if they ran out of King rooms why did we have to pay , this left a bad taste in my mouth about any fuyure visits. We asked for non smoking but room smelled like it had been smoked in.

It was great..the staff was nice and the room was comfortable

My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed it everything was perfect. So much to do in one place. Nice friendly service, clean check in was fast same as checking out. I would most definitely recommend.

Valet parking makes checking in a breeze. The check-in desk wasn't very friendly. Room service hours are very limited. There were lots of families with small children and our room was surrounded by babies crying late at night and early morning. It's a casino resort not a Disney resort. Don't bring your kids!!

The parking garage is the worst. They need to make some big changes for traffic to flow

IP Casino is always our choice when staying in Biloxi.

Enjoyed the arcade & buffet. Housekeeping staff was very nice & helpful.

We Enjoyed our room, several restaurants on premises or near by. I would stay here again.

The employees weren't friendly. The tables were over crowded and many not open at all. The room was old and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Would not recommend this facility to anybody. Poor rating.

We like Biloxi and go almost yearly. This was the first time we stayed at the IP in over a decade, and it is greatly improved from our last stay. From valet parking to check-in to dining to checkout, everything was smooth and easy for us. We chose this hotel due to price, but we will probably choose it for the experience next time we go to Biloxi.

My husband and I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway. The rates were very reasonable, especially for Mardi Gras weekend! We had a great view of the parades out our window, which was an added bonus.

I will begin by saying arrival at the hotel was a pain. It took over 30 minutes sitting in line just to reach valet. It took over another 30+ minutes waiting in line inside the casino to reach the desk to check in. When I paid for the hotel online, I paid for and requested a king bed. When I checked into the hotel, I was informed there were only 2 queen bed rooms available. I would have not booked a room at this casino if I would have known I would not have been given a king bed room. The male who checked me in said its Mardi Gras, as though its not their responsibility to book only King rooms that would be available. He didn't apologize or anything. (Mardi Gras is not an excuse espicially when Im from Mobile, AL where Mardi Gras started) In addition, the hotel attempted to modernize the room but the quality of work was not good. The wall paper appeared to be hung by someone inexperienced. The bathroom was small. There was not a microwave in the room and you had to request one. At least the room was clean which is the most positive aspect of this hotel. Overall it was a decent stay but I have stayed at much nicer casinos in Biloxi.

enjoyed our stay best price for your money, clean, easy to find your way around easy to get to right off the interstate. i would stay there again

Really good breakfast buffet and bed big for a king

A friend and I stayed here for 1 night for a conference and we never had to leave the hotel, which was perfect for us given the nature and shortness of our stay. There were many restaurants, ranging from casual buffet to fine dining, a coffee stand, a spa, etc. There was even a convenient store on the first floor where I was able to buy some DayQuil for a lingering cold. Parking was complementary, which was a feature that we all love, and the room had a good view. If I had any complaint, it would be that the pillows were not good quality and hard, and the soap was a little cheap. It's that kind of hotel soap that seems to never want to wash off. It's filmy. That being said, I feel like the rate for the room was fair price for off season and I would absolutely stay again (but bring my own pillow next time).

Started out our stay by finding out they had given our room to someone else just because we had a late check in (due to re routed flight). A/C in room didn't work properly, wouldn't cool much and didn't have always on fan mode- which resulted in loud shut offs all night long. This might be petty, but the casino here is awful, too. We played at several casinos over the course of 6 days and not a single person in our group won as much as $50 at this casino. Our money went extremely fast... others we could play for awhile or even possibly win a little something. This casino is also a couple of miles away from the real "strip" by the beach.

Very nice place, but smoke was terrible. It was bad on all the floors! Right when you walk in to the front, it was bad. The Italian Restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed. Did hardly earn any comp points and played two nights for over 6 hours each night. Only got comp for 3,000 points. Very disappointed, will not be back

We had a 20 minute delay checking in due to computers. We were very disappointed on checking out. We called for a bellhop and waited 20 minutes before we called again. I figured the hotel was busy and when I went down stairs I was surprised that it was not busy at all. I talked to someone at the desk and asked for my luggage again. I got my car and waited another 15 minutes for my luggage. All in all it was good.
