2/10 Terrible

We recently stayed at this property in Big Sky. While the home itself is very nice, our overall experience fell short primarily because it was not as advertised. The biggest issue is the listing’s claim of “Luxury Ski-In/Ski-Out” and “True Ski-In/Ski-Out,” which is not accurate. The closest access is across Cowboy Heaven Rd at the end of Bull Dogger Road, about 0.2 miles away. We specifically chose this property for ski-in/ski-out, and the management company was vague when we asked beforehand. It wasn’t until after arrival that they confirmed it is not ski-in/ski-out.Arrival was also frustrating. We were told someone would meet us and walk us through the home, but no one showed up and we couldn’t access the house. We had to contact Red Awning just to get a response from Moonlight Lodging.Additional issues:- Underwear left on the floor at check-in- Hot tub didn’t work (fixed next day)- Oven didn’t work first night (took several days to fix)- Listed BBQ grill is actually a BlackstoneThe home itself is nice and in a great location. However, at around 5,000 per night, accurate listing details and working amenities should be expected. We would not recommend this property at this price point.
