In the winter, hop onto the cross-country ski trail that runs through the backyard and enjoy 85+ km of world-class trails, groomed to perfection. Or take a short drive to Big Sky Resort to experience the "Biggest Skiing in America" with 5,800 skiable acres! After a day of skiing—whether alpine or Nordic—cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace with a good book and perhaps a glass of whiskey.

In the summer, your family will love being just minutes away from Big Sky's Community Park. Pack a picnic to enjoy by the West Fork of the Gallatin River, which runs alongside the entire park, and watch the kids play basketball, soccer, or Frisbee golf—or muster the courage to climb the climbing wall. After a day at the park, unwind with a sunset swim in the complex’s pool. The pool opens on July 1st and closes on Labor Day.

Climate and Comfort
Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, as it is typical in Montana. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the cool mountain air by opening windows to keep the cabin comfortable. The home is equipped with heat for the cooler months, ensuring a cozy stay year-round.

Top 10 HOA Rules and Regulations

1. Quiet hours on the SPC campus are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Hot tub users are the principal
violators of this rule. Warming vehicles, particularly diesel, is prohibited. This rule applies to the pool and clubhouse area as well.

2. Maintenance, alteration, or modifications to any common or limited common element is not allowed without the written consent of the Board.

3. No signage or banners of any kind may be displayed in windows, on patios, or decks.
This includes, but is not limited to, small real estate signs (i.e., approximately 8” x 12”) with accompanying literature are permitted in the exterior entryway of the applicable unit.

4. Homeowners must contact HPM prior to connecting to an existing satellite dish.

5. Garage doors must be kept closed when they are not in use. All garages are heated and freezing of pipes within garage walls happens quickly. Garages also need to be shut to prevent the attraction of animals (bears included) and thieves.

6. Parking is provided for owners and their guests only. Only two vehicles are allowed per unit.
No trailers of any kind are allowed on campus. Large vehicles such as Sprinter Vans and long
bed trucks should be parked in overflow parking. Vehicles must be moved after every snow
event to allow for snow removal. All Parking Rules and Regulations must be followed.

7. Renters are not allowed to have pets under any circumstances.

8. Pool and Clubhouse users must clean up after themselves. Every user of the pool must maintain the
pool area in a neat and clean way and remove any and all refuse. Any dishware or other items left in the Clubhouse that does not belong to the Clubhouse will be thrown away. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse or pool area at any time.

9. The trash dumpsters are for the exclusive use of the owners, renters, and permitted
occupants ONLY! DO NOT PUT HOT ASHES IN DUMPSTERS!

10. SPC Declaration prohibits open fires or explosive devices on SPC property. This makes
lighting or discharging of any fireworks on SPC PROPERTY, STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all times.

Spanish Peaks Condo Amenities:
This property's complex has a Recreation building for its residents and guests. There is a work-out facility that is available year-round and a pool/hot tub that are only available during the summer season (typically July 1 through Labor Day weekend). An access code will be provided for this facility, once you have a confirmed reservation. Two Pines does NOT manage these amenities and are not responsible for any unexpected closures.

Family vacay

Our family loved this vrbo. The house was just as described and roomy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with everything you needed. The kitchen had every utensil pot pan or cooking appliance that you needed. Before we arrived we asked if the had box fans. The company supplied them to each room which we appreciated. The hot tub was amazing after long days of exploring. It was beautiful home. We have recommended to several of our friends. The only thing I would suggest to other visitors would be to buy groceries in Bozeman. The little shops in Big Sky are a bit higher in cost. Also, I know its an owner preference but a television at least in the master bedroom would have been nice. My husband likes a little tv to fall asleep to but with all that we did I think he was able to manage without.

Great Place for Summer Big Sky Trip

This condo was a great place for a summer visit to Big Sky. The location is great in that it is close to several hikes, and an easy 15 minute walk to the town center. It is a 5 minute drive to the ski mountain and many other hikes. It is about an hour from West Yellowstone's entrance, and an hour to Bozeman. It is also about 30 minutes from really good river rafting. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable while on the soft side. We had nine in our party and we fit very comfortably. The property manager was great and responsive to our only request (very minor...needed cleaning spray that arrived promptly). Our kids used the pool in the complex and the hot tub in the unit, and both were great. Overall, we thought this was a great place for a summer vacation to Big Sky, and based on the location it likely will be a great place for a ski trip.

Best condo

We’ve stayed many places in and around Big Sky and this was our favorite. It is even nicer than the photos . Lots of space for our group of 9 to spread out. Very clean. Nice decor. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice hot tub. We enjoyed the games. Property management was very responsive to one kitchen item we needed. Throughout, they communicated very well and were a pleasure to work with . Easy 5 stars!

Upscale, quiet condo in a great location

We stayed here for a summer visit to Big Sky. The upscale condo was very comfortable and gave our group of 5 plenty of space to spread out. Bedroom and bathroom layout worked very well. Great mountain views off the back porches, and great location. Easy 2-3 minute drive from the town center, but just far enough away to be calmer and quieter than being right in the downtown area. Unexpected bonus was the long walking / running trail that runs right next to these condos. We used the trail daily.

Two Pines Condo—Great!

We stayed at Two Pines condo and were extremely satisfied. The condo lived up to the photos, was not over-represented in any way. The accommodations were superb— the amenities fantastic, and the access to Big Sky resort quite convenient. Our group of 7 easily fit into the condo, it could have handled more. All of us agreed we’d come back even just to stay in the condo! The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing an early check in for an early arrival guest and answering emails well into the evening. Honestly, can’t find anything to complain about!

Wonderful property in great location. Great kitchen with high end appliances. Lots of space. Minor drawback is that it's 3 levels and main living is on 2nd floor and there is no bathroom on that floor. Just being nitpicky as it wasn't a big deal but just wanted to menton it. We had a minor problem with the alarm system but the property manager took care of it right away. Very pleased with the service. 7-8 minute drive to slopes and 2-3 minute drive to Big Sky town center with shopping and food.

Overall, this was the perfect "home" for a family of 9 using Big Sky, MT as our Basecamp. There are plenty of beds, bathrooms, and seating in the living room. We enjoyed the trails outside the complex, the swimming pool and hot tub, and proximity to the golf course and park. One critique is that I believe the condo should have more outdoor seating. We brought in our own lawn chairs to place on the decks. Overall, though, I would highly recommend this unit.
