This newly remodeled 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath custom home was designed for unforgettable group stays, year-round recreation, and high-end comfort—just 10 minutes to Sunday River, 5 minutes to downtown Bethel, and 15 minutes to Mt. Abram.

With private baths in every bedroom but one, a 20x40 heated saltwater pool, 7–8 person hot tub, outdoor kitchen + cabana, home theater, infrared sauna, game room with ping pong and shuffle board, and a massive 1,836 sq ft heated garage (that is currently being converted into additional bedrooms and living/entertainment space, this property offers the scale, amenities, and privacy of a boutique resort. Perfect for ski trips, family gatherings, retreats, and luxury escapes in every season.

Inside, enjoy multiple living areas, a chef’s kitchen with commercial-grade appliances, a dedicated office, gym, two laundry stations, and a Brilliant Smart Home system. The second-floor primary suite features a private balcony overlooking the river and a spa-style ensuite with a steam shower.

David was fantastic. The property is gorgeous. We had a few hiccups at first but David was so responsive and went above and beyond to take care of us. We would absolutely stay here again and he is huge part of that decision. Great property. Great host!

I have a large family and we have rented houses for many years usually on a lake. This is the first time we rented a house with a pool. We had an amazing time. The house was large enough for us all. The pool area with the outside covered grill was great, came in handy when we had a couple rainy days. The large back yard was great for games it's private and quite. Any time I had an issue David from the property management company got right back to me. Look forward to booking in the future.

This is a very nice property with an amazing outdoor space. The pool and patio area with a hot tub, covered seating and grill (plus a TV) were pretty much all we needed since it was a beautiful weather when we were there. It was also fun to have an huge yard to play various games and access to the river at the far end of the property. We didn’t even spend much time inside but there was some nice amenities there, as well including ping pong table, sauna, plenty of TVs, etc. David was very responsive when we had one fluke issue with the microwave but it was fixed within the hour. We really appreciated that. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group and especially one that wants to spend a lot of time outside because of all the fun outdoor space it provides.
