Friendly staff!
No hassle check-in & out.
Liked most things. No hot tub was negative. Pool hours limited-closing at 10 sucks. Shower rod was falling down. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay
Didn’t serve breakfast when it was advertised that it did. Gym was also closed.
The hotel is
The hotel had a terrible odor to it, not sure if it was mold or coming from the pool that was closed and had a nasty film over the water. My keycards had to be reprogrammed every day and the elevator was in pretty bad shape. Elevator wouldn’t usually bother me but my girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and we have a 15 year old dog that can’t use stairs making the 3rd floor a little difficult. Guess you get what you pay for and just needed a place to sleep for a few days but going back to the area often and won’t stay here again.
The staff was excellent! The hotel clean and safe! We felt comfortable and had a great time!
The room was very clean pool was easy to get in and out of. Staff was very good and helped with anything we needed. Only thing I would say they could improve have different things for breakfast each day instead of just arriving the same eggs and sausage.
Toilet was clogged before we got there so we had to get that fixed right away. The bathroom smelled really, really bad. I couldn’t figure out what the odor was though. There was a dog barking at 10:30pm in the room next to ours. My daughter is severely allergic to dogs, and I believe we were put in a “pet-friendly” room because instantly she was allergic. I didn’t know what the problem was until I heard the dog barking. I cannot remember if I requested a pet-free room. Luckily we only spent one night because she was miserable. We loved the bed, sheets and pillows. I loved that my son could sleep in the pull-out twin sofa. The shower was fairly nice. I could have used a shower cap. Location was good. Breakfast was ok.
Our experience was OK. We had Orcucks and a 15% off coupon code, making the cost of the room much more reasonable. Otherwise I would have considered it way overpriced. Our room had a screen on the window that was warped and bent, allowing flys in if we wanted to open the window. The staff was great and put us in a new room right away.
Was a very comfortable hotel. Will stay again with our children.
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were nice, the shower was large, the hotel is located just down the street from the beach and shopping. It was easy to locate. It was a fair price during the week but the weekend rate was far to much.
Only issue we had was i had my 10 month old grandson with me and he's crawling everywhere. He keep pulling crumbs and trash from under the couch. Everything else was great.
Just fine, nothing special. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly .
It was very nice, we've been here before and are never disappointed with it. We will definitely be staying here again
The location was alright, just off the interstate and a short drive to the center of town. Checked in and my wife went to take a shower and the bathroom was dirty. Called desk and they sent room service to clean it. The breakfast was not very good, hot food was cold. This hotel was not a $100 a night hotel, it was not even a $50 a night hotel. I would not stay at this hotel for that price again.
