Cave Creek Perfect

The hosts are absolutely amazing ... reached out with activities and recommendations for everywhere. Incredible pool and amenities game area in the garage is awesome.. Overall a 10/10 .. Thank you and we can't wait to stay there again.

Perfect home for all ages

We came to Sunriver to celebrate my 50th birthday, my grandmas 90th birthday and my daughter in laws 30th birthday. We loved the large dining area and kitchen with a huge island. All the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms so that was a plus! Great house!

Fun friend Trip location

We stayed here with 2 other families for our annual friend vacation and it was great!! We loved that all the bedrooms had a bathroom and all the bathrooms had a full tub. That was perfect!

Family reunion

This was a spacious home that accomodated our family and grandchildren with so much room. We loved the central location to the pool and the village. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have had when renting a home. There were train tracks behind the jouse, but it is so well built, we teally didn't hear the train.

Sunriver Retreat and Birthday Celebrations

We had 9 women over 65 who really enjoyed the multiple bathrooms, great living space and proximity to activities. We did not use the hot tub and the dishwasher died, but otherwise great.

Sunriver Vacation / Golf Tournament

We participate in our local union charity golf tournament every year. We have a large group that participates, so we stay in Sunriver every year. The house was perfect for our group. we will be back next year.

Amazing Space!

We really enjoyed this home. The privacy with the hot tub/back fire area is very quaint and had a great feel. The open concept first floor was excellent for cooking meals and all being together. The neighborhood is lovely as well! We enjoyed having the bikes to get around to local areas. Everything was clean and in superb condition. I'd absolutely return.

Great property but…

Almost everything was fabulous. The size of this property is wonderful. The train wasn’t an issue at all. The response from the property management was excellent. The only problem I have is that the property is considered a luxury rental however, there are several things that are not luxury about it. Mainly, we couldn’t figure out the heating system in the house. Pretty much everyone overheated every night. The garage door opener was broken and in-operable. There wasn’t much they could do about it while we were there being the holiday and such. However we paid peak price for holiday rental so… the oven door wouldn’t quite stay closed. No espresso maker. It generally needs a little tlc, I think a bathroom vanity had a side panel falling off. The tvs are old…Just little things like that. I wouldn’t spend that much for the property again, but I did love the layout.

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in at Sunriver. Our only issue was missing five of the shark passes but was easily resolved with temporary passes.

Great House for Big Group

The house and yard worked really well for our group of three (related) families (6 adults, 4 children, 1 toddler). Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped; children enjoyed sitting at the counter while adults had the big table. Children especially enjoyed the loft, the bunk beds, and the deck. The large hall and layout of rooms were great for indoor play (especially needed because of poor fire-borne air quality on several days of our stay). We also appreciated the large number of bathrooms and the laundry facilities. Oven wasn't working properly, but management was responsive. The community pool was excellent (though closed down because of Covid for part of our stay), and we enjoyed the park/playground a mile away, as well as the paved walking/biking paths. Also appreciated the good supermarket and the ice cream shop in the village. Area outings we enjoyed included the lava fields, the High Desert Museum, and the path along the Deschutes River. If you want to do a family float from the marina, be sure to make your reservation well in advance. Overall, an excellent stay!

Spring break getaway

My wife loved all of the decorations. The dining room table was great as we could alll eat together and not have to worry about the table because of the rustic decor. The only hitch was the lock key was located on the back of the house and if we had had to use it, finding it at night would have been a problem

Nice weekend getaway

Overall the house was very nice. Would be perfect for a group. I dont recall the listing mentioning it, but there is a train track about 50 yards behind the house. Might be an issue for light sleepers.
