We really like staying in this Complex because of the lovely pool, hot tub, and sauna. Unit is cute, well set up, and convenient, with good amenities. We would stay again, but there were a few issues:1. The security guard was aggressive around the property. You have to use a chip to get into the securely gated pool area, and while enjoying the hot tub, we didn't carry our chips (They have draconian warning signs about not losing the pool bands, so we left ours in the locker room to be safe after scanning into the LOCKED gate).Although we had already interacted with the guard multiple times on previous days, he approached this time and demanded to see our cards. It was about ten degrees out and snowing. We were wet and in bare feet and very far from the locker room. Plus, there was no requirement that we carry these things at all times. The pool feels safe and secure. Is it really necessary to loom over guests days after day and then to suddenly demand that they get their bands with the chip in them? The unit is very nice, but it is not for the noise sensitive. the bedroom has a loud tick in the wall (pipes?) and a loud heating system. You can hear the heavy footed above. We slept in the LR on the Murphy, which worked out fine for two, but if you have a large group, whoever sleeps in the bedroom will have to deal with the noise.3.A back up into the bath sink from deep in the plumbing smelled bad and made one bathroom inoperable. VRBO did not send a plumber or compensat
