The property was great, everything we needed was there.Only drawback was that we didn't know it was quite up hill from beach area.
There is a small west facing balcony where we sat to eat breakfast. The sitting room doubles as the second bedroom with a sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped. The shower is open on one side. We found that if we turned it on fully water lapped onto the floor, but not if we turn the flow to 3/4.
There is a pleasant walk down to the pool and an exit next to it from where you can cut down to the road to the beach.
We slept with the windows open but some nights it was windy so we shut the windows. We did not try the air conditioning.
There is parking on a first come basis outside the flat. We always found a spot.
All in all a comfortable pleasant place to stay
