We were happy to find a good price and nice hotel and room to spend the night in on our way home from Arizona headed up to Utah. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It appeared to be some construction going on around the outside of the hotel, so finding a place for our dog to go was a little hard, but, we made it work. Overall, we would recommend the Best Western.

The front desk agent that was there before turning it over to a remote help desk was very helpful. I never needed to use the remote operator so I can’t say how that was. The room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty. When I booked the hotel, it read Flagstaff. However, this is about 15 minutes from Flagstaff and nothing nearby. Breakfast was disappointing with eggs and sausages only, break that was out and not covered.
