We rented this property for a college reunion and were delighted to have enough space for our whole group of friends. It was spacious enough to accommodate us all and the rooms were comfortable and the beds cozy. We used the kitchen to prepare meals and it was well-stocked.

Overall great stay. Besides the piece of glass in master bed house was clean.Would suggest some outdoor solar or motion lights for when coming back in the dark.Maybe adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen tools.Loved all the board games.We left all unopened drinks and food for cleaners or next guests.Not sure we will ever b back to the area bit would definitely rebook if we did.Thanks

So overall I would not recommend this home for other large groups unless maintenance is done. The only reason I put a 2 star is the management company that they use was responsive and did offer cleaning services the following day. Bad:1) Most of the furniture/accessories in the house were not put together well, were shaky, loose, unsafe, or unusable. Examples: Bed Frame flimsy and loud, shoe rack falling over and not usable, microwave with bad led screen, and more.2) One of the beds was not turned down after the prior occupants, so there was hair in the bed and stains on the comforter. There were not any spare sheets or comforter to switch to either. We did the laundry ourselves to clean.3) House smelled of cleaner and fish when we got there and persisted for a day. Also, the table was still wet from being cleaned and so was the table decor. There was also laundry with towels still running.4) Handrails to the basement and upstairs were either broken or flimsy and pulling off the wall. While we were made aware of the broken handrail it still existed and was not very safe.5) Doorknobs were loose from door and needed to be fixed/replaced. This was concerning as at night anyone could just rip the door open with little effort.6) Lack of sitting furniture for a full house of 6 adults.Good:1) Responses to texts and inbox messages was timely2) Quiet3) Remote but yet local stores still nearby

New England Thanksgiving

This property is well appointed and very comfortable. There is plenty of space The neighborhood is quiet and houses are not close together. The only thing I would add is a couple of extra chairs for the table as there were 7 of us and and only 6 chairs.

great Belchertown house

We had an extended visit with family in South Hadley and Easthamptom, so location was excellent. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms in a well-designed and newly renovated small home. Located on a quiet street across from a lake.

Belchertown Visit

We had a great time staying in this house. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We went to Richardsons candy shop, Yankee Candle, and the Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory. We also took the T to Boston and went to the New England Aquarium and Quincy market. Great mini vacation!!
